PAY YOUR STAFFS A LIVING WAGE! Forcing guests to pay a 15% tips is absurd, at least be upfront and write that there's a mandatory 15% tipping on your listing. Also, they rush you.
Foods is good but TERRIBLE customer service.

Just enjoyed lunch with a friend at Jinda Thai today. We both thought the food was really good and the service was very attentive. I had the yellow curry and it was delicious. I will definitely be back soon.

We've dined in-house and gotten food to go numerous times, and it's always wonderful!

This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Oregon. We love the tom kha soup and pretty much any of their noodle dishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

I used to love this restaurant but they have a new cook that is terrible. The waitress was not helpful nor attentive. There was absolutely no ginger in my chicken ginger. The spice level was nonexistent. My water glass stayed empty the entire time. My order was messed up and I was given and charged for shrimp when I ordered tofu. I doubt I’ll go back.

Older woman working there has poor customer service. Placed an order for pickup and she seemed irritated with us for simply being there for our food. The gentleman that was greeted after us was greeted much more politely for seemingly no reason. Food is good but I won't be back to such a negative environment.

It’s a small place in old town Albany if you blink you might miss it. It’s one of my daughters favorite place to grab some food when you want something extra tasty as she put it. The food was spectacular and the portions were pretty big as well. The menu had some food you don’t normally eat , which is good . I like to try new things or foods prepared not like I’m use to. But overall it’s worth checking out . For lunch or dinner

This just might be the best Thai food in town. Drunken noodle is one of the best I've ever had. I was stealing green curry from my son because it was so good. I was full but couldn't get enough.
The service is okay. If it's busy, expect a long wait.
Don't drink the water. It's gross. It tastes like it was sitting in old pipes for too long.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! One of my favorite places to eat in Down Town Albany. The food is delicious, portions are great, and the customer service is so fantastic! I come here AT LEAST once a month, it's me and my friends go-to spot. Definitely recommend trying this place out!!!
