Excellent food. We had the creole prawns as an appetizer and the New York strip steak and Jalisco Chicken as entrees. The creme brulee and lime cheesecake were also very good. Our waiter was very very good as well.

I would love to be able to give a better review. Alex was great as our server. We arrived for our reservation that we drove out of town for for our family at 6:45pm. We were seated right away. We were told right away they were out of sea bass and salmon which is what some of us knew we wanted, but Alex joked with us about sending the chef out to catch the fish. There were 5 of us in total. Our food arrived almost a full 2 hours after we seated, it arrived 1.5 hours after ordering. We were getting upset but just wanted food. Alex offered us 2 desserts out of 5 people for them having an issue of tickets not printing, despite watching multiple people (several couples, even another party of 5) arrive after us, be seated, ordered, food delivered, received boxes, enjoy dessert AND close out, and then leave. We watched multiple couples come and go while we continued to wait. We also ordered more drinks as we we were tired of waiting. Looks like a nice place but they did not have it together nor did they really take care of us. Total visit time was over 3 hours and they were not very busy. Should not have to pay the full bill. But we still did. Again Alex was the best part of this experience and we would never have done anything to hurt him, especially after he tried so hard and worked incredibly hard all night. This is fully on either system they use or the kitchen. Alex was amazing

I am a nacho connoisseur. I've had them practically all over the world. My issue with the nacho's at Vault 244 was that they used flavored chips and the meat was only on the top. I loved the pickled onions and jalapeños. The cheese sauce was fair as it was curdled a bit. My friend had the chicken pasta and it was fabulous.

We have been going here since they have opened. Tonight we had the worst service we have ever had the new waiter was the worst ever we were a party of 4 Alex was the server he took our order he served one of us a meal which was sea food 1 hour before the rest of us was served. We order our food well done it was served rare. He told us the food was prepaid fine. We had 2 drinks each in a 3 hour period and then told us we were cut off. We spent over 300.00 for this new waiter to humiliate us.

This was our first time visiting. My wife and I had an exceptional time. The food was great. Service was amazing. Definitely planning on visiting again prices for drinks and dinner were reasonably priced from our experience of visiting, similar restaurants.

We’ve always enjoyed Vault 244, which made this experience especially disappointing. Despite having a reservation, another customer was seated using my name, causing us to wait. When we were finally seated, we were placed near a very loud party, even though our reservation noted that we had an infant and that this was a birthday celebration.
It took 1.5 hours to receive our food after ordering at 7:15 pm. When we asked for an ETA, the kitchen could not provide one. The only solution offered was to take our food to go. When I asked to speak with a manager, we were told there was no management on site on a Saturday night, which was concerning. While half of our order was comped, the overall experience was still extremely frustrating and not what we expect from this restaurant. I asked for management's number and never received it.

We regularly dine at this fantastic restaurant. the service, food, drinks, and overall quality experience is outstanding. The Brussels, brisket burger, salmon, and cod dinners are amazing. Also have a new favorite drink: Thai'd Up With Passion. Excellent choice!
The food and service were great. My steak was perfectly prepared. The mashed sweet potatoes though were served barely warm. That said I would still go back. Everyone was happy and the bread pudding was delicious! Cheese cake was good as well.

We had the sea bass (without the lemon-bacon cream sauce) and the vegetarian pasta with shrimp. Both were outstanding. The Jack Rose cocktail is refreshingly good too! Great service from Alex. FYI: The noise level gets pretty loud as more patrons arrive, so it's not a place a quiet dinner.

We had a very good meal at Vault 244 last night. They were extremely busy with the holidays, but our server, Grace, was excellent! She did a good job of taking care of us and was very pleasant during the entire evening. Would highly recommend Vault244 especially because of our server Grace.

We chose Vault for 2 reasons- good reviews and it was the only restaurant opened on Monday night. Maybe we came on a bad night? The wait for food was outrageous. The NY steaks for each person was full of gristle, fat, and tough. First visit and last visit.
