Love love love this restaurant and staff here! The food is amazing (highly recommend the Jalisco Chicken Pasta!), and the waiters/waitresses are always so kind. Valerie was our waitress last night and she was very kind and accommodating! It was a birthday dinner and they did everything they could to make it very special!

With a minor in our party, we were seated in the back room where we ate alone. Not a great experience as there is no ambience and service isn't as good as in the front seating area. Also disappointed that the happy hour wine offers listed in the online menu were no longer offered. I had indicated on the reservation we were there for my birthday, which apparently not noticed by any staff.

We went to the Vault for our 16th Wedding Anniversary dinner, and we were sat in the back room, which was completely packed. We could hardly hear ourselves think much less talk. The server was lovely- incredibly attentive and kind, and the food was excellent, per usual. I just wish that for an Anniversary, we had been placed in a quieter space, like anywhere in the front of house. Not a single “Happy Anniversary” mentioned, so the question about why you are making a reservation must only be for statistical purposes. I understand we were just another table for two, however it was a special evening for us. All that being said, our food and our server were a 10 out of 10!

The service and food were both excellent. They nee York steak was perfectly cooked and had an amazing taste. We were checked in with often and our server was very nice. We will be going here again!

Unfortunately the first 3 things we ordered off the menu were not available. What we did get was great, just not what we went for. Great waitress!

Fist time there and luckily got table in front of fireplace. Experience was excellent as well as service and foods. Noise level isn't exactly ideal for romantic date at least not by fireplace. Perhaps more quiet in the corner next to fireplace? However, the foods and our server was excellent. The roasted marrow bones delicious and we got to take the bones home for our fur babies, whom also enjoyed this delicious treats. The Brussels sprouts were alright though might try another appetizer next time. My boyfriend enjoyed his NY steak with shrimps added was perfect and had a smoky flavor which he enjoyed. My Jalisco chicken pasta was also delicious and spicy which I enjoyed. Thank you Vault 244 for this fantastic first experience! Will be back in the near future.

Under 21 in your dining party? Make sure to note this in your reservation request! The restaurant has limited seats that are not located in the bar area for minors. We made that mistake, but we're so pleased they were so gracious and worked to accommodate our family even on a very busy Saturday night. The drinks were delicious (non-alcoholic options too!), the food was good (Burger was incredible!) and the service from Alex was superb. We highly recommend!

Kid-friendliness: Limited seating for kids - you'll be fine if you make sure to note this in your open table reservation!

Giving a 1 star because we walked in at 9pm and the bartender said they had done last call for both food and alcohol. We asked if they closed at 10pm and she said “normally but it’s really slow tonight and no one is ordering food so we did last call.”

As someone who came in to order both food and drinks, it mind boggles me that the bartender would not allow for us to make an order that gives business to the establishment. We understand it being slow but at 9pm there could have been a rush of clientele ready to give money to the establishment that made the “slow night” worth it.

I’d encourage staff to maybe not close down at 9 but maybe 9:45. That would have been more understandable than an entire hour.

They do not have ribeye on the menu, but the New York strip was excellent. They evidently do not make soup in the summertime because it's too hot for the cooks. I work in the heat every day, and I still have to work. I was so pleased to make a reservation with a not on the side that we were celebrating my husband's birthday. The waiter actually read it and proactively mentioned it and was the nicest most attentive person in the world. Sadly I'm not able to recall his name. Maybe Steve? He had a beard and was very knowledgeable about the drinks and food. We will keep coming back because the food is yummy too. Thank you, Mariana

Love coming here for drinks, so this review is long overdue! On our latest visit, I had the Crater Lake Smokey and Oregon Manhattan, while my partner had the Thai'd Up in Passion.

The Crater Lake Smokey was absolutely fantastic! I don't typically order martinis, but loved this. The Laphroaig rinse provided a strong (read: flavorful) smokey taste, that was balanced nicely against the vodka. The goat cheese stuffed olives were also a nice touch, adding a pungency that gave the drink more body.

My partner really enjoyed the Thai'd Up in Passion which had a nice fruitiness from the passionfruit, but could've used just a slightly stronger kick from the chili vodka (we love spicy).

The Oregon Manhattan was also quite wonderful, and a complex twist on the classic. What really made this drink unique was the chai tea, which added a level of complexity that also paired very nicely with the bourbon, vermouth, and bitters.

I would highly recommend trying a cocktail at Vault 244. We've been meaning to try the food given our love for their drink menu, so we'll be back!
