Wait staff were friendly and attentive.The highlight of my meal was the Cream of Spinach soup and toasted fresh bread, it was very tasty with a great depth of flavour. Soup was on the table fast and nearly beat my old fashion which was well crafted and balanced. Pacing of the mealndelivery from the kitchen needs work, as my salad was also on the table fast before I was half way through the soup. Vinagrette on the beet salad was very flavoursome. $9 up charge for half a grill marked but likely microwaved chicken breast was a little disappointing. Would I come back? - Probably. Would I rush back? - No4.5 stars is more than a fair assessment

Food was cold. Steak had a lot of gristle and was tough. Entree was brought out before we even finished our salad and we might have ordered dessert had they asked but they didn’t and we were done with them at that point. The place has potential; maybe be we caught them on a bad night?

Vault has good food, the quality, taste, presentation and temperature have diminished the last two years. The back room is small, very loud when filled with 2-3 tables and lacks ambiance.

Wonderful meal/date night. Go early though, because after 7:30 they seem to run out of a lot of food items and entree options. They were even out of the main garnish for a cocktail I ordered. The sirloin I added to my salad was at least 35% gristle - which was a lot for a 5oz and suggests the cuts they had left were not lean. BUT the rest of it was delicious. Loved the service, loved the flavors, and the ambience is so nice. It was a very satisfying meal that was brought down by a few factors. We'll be back.

The New York was good, not great but good. If I'm being picky I ordered it medium and it was medium rare, and had quite a bit of gristle. Everything else was delicious! Kind of expensive but that was expected. Would definitely go back!
We always enjoy our experience at The Vault with consistently delicious food, attentive but not obtrusive service and a cozy and warm ambience. Our waitperson, Leah, has helped us the last couple of times and her manner and efficiency is impeccable.

We really enjoy coming to Vault 244. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff is always friendly. Their food is delicious. I do wish that they had more than one vegetarian option at a time - they always carry a vegetarian pasta entree, and while delicious, I wish they were a little more innovative with vegetarian dishes (the pasta also often contains many whole cloves of garlic - not my favorite). They sometimes seem understaffed in terms of wait staff. But, we do love coming here and will continue to do so.
