I've been subscribing to their monthly coffee delivery for almost 3 years (Guatemala-Dark Roast). It is consistently perfect. While the coffee is great, the service is even better. The couple of times I've had a question or concern l have received a quick response and amazing customer service.
Received my order and it was the right blend and roast (Dark) but they accidentally sent me K Cups instead of the coffee drip I had ordered. After messaging them they responded swiftly and apologized profusely for the mistake. They immediately remedied the situation and let me know my correct order would be shipped out on Monday and to keep the K Cups. This is what customer service is all about and can’t wait to receive my order. I would definitely recommend their customer service...
These guys had a truck at a local competition (hurray community involvement) and the employees were super friendly to my two year old son. I got a plain iced coffee and it was amazing: flavorful, not bitter (but still coffee), and a good afternoon pick-me-up without giving me the jitters (happens often for me, I typically have a cup a day).
