Terrible experience. I waited 20 minutes for nuggets, and when I followed up, both by phone and in person, the staff just brushed me off with a “ya ya ya ya.” When I finally got the food, the nuggets were hard as a rock and ended up in the garbage. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

Extremely disappointed in the Cold-Brew Frosty. This is a “frosty flavoring syrup” added to cold brew coffee and has no actual ice cream. I was expecting actual frosty in my coffee to effectively make it a float. Overall, the taste is satisfactory. 2 stars.

Good baconator pop tastes decent chocolate. Frosty awesome about three times i've been there in the last three weeks, three times they never put napkins or they forget the straw, or they forget the spoon for the frosty

Food was good for the most part. Cheese bacon fries were not great. Expected real cheese. Got some oddly flavored cheese sauce. Didn't eat those. They mixed up our order and swapped quantities we ordered for multiples of cheaper sandwiches. Once they fixed all of that the rest was ok. Lobby was not kept up well. Every table was dirty. There was a lot of residue on them. There was NOT a shortage of employees in the kitchen. So periodic cleaning between guests was very possible. I cleaned a table myself with napkins and water. They lock bathrooms so plan for that. It says get a key from desk. They just push a buzzer to buzz you in.

The customer service I had was great! I had to go back after not receiving part of my order. The staff was so nice about it and made me fresh food and gave me a sweet treat for the inconvenience.
