Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

Wings and fries are delicious! Can't beat the value either! I usually get take out, ordering off the app, which is super easy and convenient. It does get busy at times, so being patient is necessary some visits, however staff has always been kind and accommodating for me! They usually have my orders ready in 10-20 minutes! Best place to grab some wings in town, hands down!!!

Kaylinn (we don't know how to spell her name) at the Albany location has amazing service. She greeted us when we came in, she was patient, kind and answered all of our questions without getting annoyed. It was our first time trying wingstop. The food was super good, better than expected to be honest. We also got to spin a wheel and got free fries!

Usually a big fan of their food, Usually no issues other than longer waiting time. Today's wait has been about an hour now and still waiting. Ordered online got here at said time, made sure to ask which been told it'll be a little while longer. Over the course of 45 minutes while waiting in store for my online order, I asked 5 times, still nothing. Usually can understand a longer than usual wait time, but an hour is a bit ridiculous. Not happy.

Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio
