Shawn Fowler

It’s gross. Please close your doors and vacate Sizzler immediately.

Our food was really great! My husband ordered a Teriayaki bowl for both of us, some Bao and an order of potstickers. Everything was great until we noticed that our potstickers weren't in the bag. We tried calling a couple of times but we didn't get an answer and we live too far to drive back without speaking to someone. Overall it was a good experience just don't forget to check your bag before you leave.

The food is mediocre at best in the portions are very small. They messed up on my takeout order and shorted me an entree. The teriyaki chicken bowl was very similar to Jack in The Box, but I prefer Jack's and it is cheaper. The rice was brown rice which was a plus but that was it. The baos were small-definitely frozen beforehand and there were no red dots to tell the difference. The ginger potstickers had a good flavor but were not fried, just steamed. If you must eat here, have someone else pay the bill.

I really want to love this place because the flavor is so good. The flavors in the sauces are fantastic. However, it's a lot of money for small portions, or portions that are mostly white rice. The citrus chicken was mostly sauce, less than a full chicken thigh. Two or three small bites of chicken total. I don't think it justified $10, especially since most of the container was white rice. The BBQ bao has great flavor and texture, but I agree with other reviews, for the price it's not enough filling and too much dough.I believe that if the reviews online are taken into consideration, servings are meatier, and prices increase to reflect the food, this would be a more highly rated restaurant. I have a lot of hope!

Not great. Waste of your hard earned cash. ABC is wayyyy better. Anything is way better. Small portions, non traditional food, overcooked egg rolls ?.Don't make the same mistake I did.

I wanted to like it, but the bao buns were NOT good. Everything outside of the bao buns were okay at most. Will not be dining her again.

The meal I received from Wow Bao was one of the most disappointing meals I've had. The menu sounded great-- a change of pace for what we're used to in Albany. We ordered two Bao bowl combos ($17) and received semi-decent Bao and a bowl of 80% rice, 19% mushy veggies and sauce, and 2 tiny pieces of chicken. It tasted and looked like it came straight from a microwave.
If you see this on Uber Eats, don't do it.

No one should order here. It is not blatantly obvious that this is inside a sizzlers, especially on apps like uber eats. Way overpriced for what is given and food is either burned, soggy, or downright gross. Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures on menu.

Such a disappointment! The food was like a tv dinner for a senior center. Except a portion size for a child. No meat, mushy veggies and mostly rice for $17. What a waste of money. I couldn't stomach eating it so threw most of it away.

Avoid this place. The food was inedible, portions were a joke and the prices are way too high. Quite possibly the worst restaurant in Albany.
