Bread and desserts are always good quality and price, and the employees are very friendly, but I do have a concern about sanitation practices. I recently heard some things from a former employee and it left me a little concerned. While I hope it's just an isolated incident or a misunderstanding, it's something to keep in mind. I think good hygiene and safety are just as important as quality ingredients. However, I will continue to support the business because the bread is excellent and the place looks presentable and clean from the outside. I just have that concern about how they practice sanitation back in the kitchen. Aside from the fact that it's the only bakery in Albany, the bread is tasty and I would like to keep coming back to buy my cinnamon cookies. Thank you so much.

Our family enjoys Yuly's bakery treats. Sweet and savory varieties. Tres leches cake, fruit cake, cookies, sweet bread, crossaints. One of my favorites is the jalapeño and cheese bread, fruit cake, the bread shaped like a cone with cream, and those big, flakey cookies with chocolate, nuts, and sugar.
