I ordered the number nine Kung pow chicken, fried rice and Marfar chicken. I dined in. The meal was extremely hot and fresh the vegetables, all absolutely perfect in texture and taste the carrots, the celery, zucchini, and the chicken. The Marfa chicken was cooked fresh and not something that was pre-cooked and then heated and served. The portions were good and the sauce is homemade. Highly recommend.

Food was excellent and prices were very good. We hit a very busy time where they had to turn people away so check before you go. Lots of to go orders, which I would recommend.

If you’re craving bold flavors and generous portions, Yummy House in Albany, Oregon lives up to its name and then some. The Szechwan Beef was chef’s kiss—tender slices with just the right amount of heat and that addictive savory kick. You know it’s good when the spice hits you and you still keep going for more.
The Chicken Lo Mein was a whole other level—loaded with juicy chicken, perfectly chewy noodles, and veggies that still had that fresh crunch. Every bite felt like comfort food with a little flair.
The staff was friendly and the service was quick, even during lunch. Cozy atmosphere, clean tables, and the food came out hot and fresh. Definitely adding this place to my go-to list for takeout and sit-down meals.
If you’re in Albany and want something flavorful, satisfying, and reasonably priced—Yummy House hits the spot. 🔥🍜🥢

The absolute best Chinese food! Everything is fresh made and amazing. The owners are great people, very friendly.
The service and food were good. The fried pot stickers were amazing, cooked perfectly. Everything else was good, but honestly, not amazing. Portions were perfect and well priced. I didn't like that sodas only came in a can. Tea wasn't served.

The food was delicious and service extra ordinary. We will be back soon
Little hole in the wall type place. Came in for some egg flower soup. It was really good, the only thing I didn’t like was I defiantly wanted more green onions than I got but the lady was like “no it’s not good” I didn’t wanna be confrontational so I was just like “oh ok yeah that’s fine” egg flower soup has water chestnuts and corn which I was not expecting. Do not like water chestnuts at all and will likely go somewhere else for that specific soup. Flavor was good but sadly no msg
Went here with my partner. I liked that I could put my hands on the table and remove them again. Hard to find in restaurants this day and age. Great food and pleasant and friendly staff. Will return for more yummy food.
The best Chinese food I have found in Albany

Yummy House.
First off let me just say when food was picked up they were busy, to go orders lined up, and behind on pickup time. Which I thought was good! Busy is good right? Especially on a busy night like Valentine’s Day. Understandable as I work in food service as well. Until the food came home. We opened up the boxes and were instantly disappointed.
The General Tso’s chicken smelled funky, looked funky and taste was bad. No sesame or greens or garnish at all. My boyfriend refused to eat it and he’s not a picky eater.
The hot and sour soup was the worst I’ve had. No bamboo shoots, soup was brown, cold and there was an unknown bubbly film inside the styrofoam cup.
The pork fried rice was decent, until we got to the pork. Which looked dangerously pale grey instead of BBQ pork red.
The almond chicken subgum was frozen bagged veggies with a watery soup sauce. No good.
We had to air fry the spring rolls, crab puffs and fried shrimp because they were underdone and soggy. Still couldn’t salvage.
The red sauce for the fried shrimp was basically watered down ketchup.
The steamed riced smelled like dish soap. We didn’t even try it.
All in all we ended up paying $55 for the meal plus tip.
Which all ended up in the garbage. After craving Chinese food for days I’m pretty sure this did the trick. I won’t be eating Chinese for a while.
I’m not saying this to bash the company, they were working hard to keep up on orders which I respect. I just want to make others aware of our experience.
Overall 1/10.

We are now both actively fighting food poisoning. Buyers and foodies beware of this place.
Best in town, ask for the creamy pink sauce
I love this restaurant definitely my Chinese food go to
We love this place
If you haven't tried Yummy House in Albany Oregon you're missing out. For the best experience I would recommend dining in. When we ordered our food for dine in and it was prepared quickly and you can even hear them in the kitchen working hard to prepare your meals. When we were served our meals they were piping hot and full of flavor. I enjoyed the #9 which is Kung po chicken, Mar Far chicken and fried rice and my wife had Beef with Broccoli, both were excellent.
I would buy this again!

I just finished another wonderful meal at Yummy House. This time I tried the Sezhauan Beef with Fried Rice.
It was a very sizeable portion with lots of meat, vegetables and wonderful flavor.
