Baskin-Robbins

I came for a late night craving of a milkshake and the service was pleasant. Staff were attentive and store was very clean. I ordered a large milkshake and when I was given my drink it was not filled the way it should be lady said she used the small scoops and made attempts to explain her mistake. I was very upset because I could of ordered a medium and had about the same quantity for cheaper! Where my thumb is is where it was filled this is after walking to my car and snagging a couple pictures, I left disappointed i dont know how i feel about this place anymore.

Great ice cream and even greater customer service!

I've been coming to this Baskin-Robbins for over 10 years. I like that it's decently located right off of 185th and Farmington and now that I live much closer to it, it's a lot easier to access. Overall this is like any other Baskin-Robbins you get 31 plus flavors. They even make cakes here. Cleanliness of the store is fine. Nothing was bad when I went in or any of my visits afterwards. Prices are decent considering that everything has gone up.
I will probably continue coming here in the future

How do you not have cherries? Waste of a trip and money. Terrible business if you can't supply a basic ingredient.

Staff was pleasant. Many ice cream choices were missing. Looked busy for last day of school treats. Probably why it was not very clean. Would go again.

Rude person turned me away today. I came in before and had a bad experience with this person and gave feedback and now this is retribution. Sad because I like BR but they don't seem to feel the same about customers and make it personal. I'd like to hear how the management feels.

I got an ice cream for the dog and they were very knowledgeable about what was in the ice cream and where to go to look it up officially to make sure.

The girl working on 2/16/25 around 4:30 was so kind and welcoming!

We have gone to the 185th and Farmington B&R for years. However, there is a girl there now that refuses to actually scoop the ice cream and complains it's just "too hard" the last 3 times we went in. So, she circles the outside of the container ONCE and then puts your shaved hollow scoop into the cup/cone. So what you have is a hollow scoop that's about a quarter of the normal size. If she can't scoop ice cream she needs to find a new job. Because now you've lost three customers. We have told her once too many times and each time she says the same thing.

Not enough people to serve, the server says she can't make shakes and smoothies since she's busy and she has dishes piled up. Asked to come back maybe in couple of hours. Will not return here again!

Not a super busy location plus a reliable place to get a quick serving of ice cream. Pretty standard quality for a Baskin Robbins, and I would highly recommend the Cookie Monster flavor.

Why is this store location taking pick up orders when they aren’t open? Reserved a thanksgiving cake to be picked up this morning and they are closed. Charged me $50 for nothing.

This facility is FAR more expensive than other BR’s for the exact same product. Money hungry franchisee, avoid at all costs.

The ice cream is good but I absolutely despise when I order the custom packed quarts and they are only 75% full.Just fill them! Please fill them! Someone owes me 4 scoops of ice cream.
