Baskin-Robbins

We have gone to the 185th and Farmington B&R for years. However, there is a girl there now that refuses to actually scoop the ice cream and complains it's just "too hard" the last 3 times we went in. So, she circles the outside of the container ONCE and then puts your shaved hollow scoop into the cup/cone. So what you have is a hollow scoop that's about a quarter of the normal size. If she can't scoop ice cream she needs to find a new job. Because now you've lost three customers. We have told her once too many times and each time she says the same thing.

Not enough people to serve, the server says she can't make shakes and smoothies since she's busy and she has dishes piled up. Asked to come back maybe in couple of hours. Will not return here again!

Not a super busy location plus a reliable place to get a quick serving of ice cream. Pretty standard quality for a Baskin Robbins, and I would highly recommend the Cookie Monster flavor.

Why is this store location taking pick up orders when they aren’t open? Reserved a thanksgiving cake to be picked up this morning and they are closed. Charged me $50 for nothing.

This facility is FAR more expensive than other BR’s for the exact same product. Money hungry franchisee, avoid at all costs.

The ice cream is good but I absolutely despise when I order the custom packed quarts and they are only 75% full.Just fill them! Please fill them! Someone owes me 4 scoops of ice cream.

Great place for ice cream, under 10.00 for two

So i came to this location with intentions of buying a I've cream cake and this one was the one that says it opens the earliest. It says open since 10:00 am, so I've been waiting outside thinking maybe they're inside and they'll open any minute. Its 10:30 and still nothing if your going go advertise something please make sure it's the right advertisement. So if you decide to open at 11am like every other basking-robins please just say that.

This location really rocks! My cake is adorable, they had it on time and ready. The first time I stopped by this location they actually didn't have anything available at the time and I was not impressed. They more than made it up! Friendly and sweet staff that helped me too!
