A new hire at this location has a really bad attitude and makes me super uncomfortable. Will not be coming to this location anymore because of that. Really is a bummer because all the other employees are sweet and its close to my house. My husband thinks the same. So i know its not just me.

My family and I intended to purchase coffee and children’s drinks and planned to park in the designated handicapped spot so that my daughter could order for herself. However, we observed a white VW bug parked in the spot without any indication of a placard or license plate indicating that the vehicle was permitted to park in this area. Furthermore, there were no customers present either. I contemplated confronting the individuals at the stand but I recognized that it would be futile to do so as a customer as they had likely disregarded the regulations regardless. Consequently, we decided to depart and inform my daughter that we were leaving without providing an explanation as she would not have comprehended the situation. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this establishment. I will continue to support Black Rock at various locations but this incident was disheartening and upsetting.

I Absolutely Love Black Rock in Aloha on Tualatin Valley HWY. Their team is ALWAYS pleasant and nice and I have no complaints! Chefs Kiss yo them all.

Lovely staff, but someone at specifically this location changed the almond syrup to a brand that tastes horrible. All the best Fuel flavors have almond. The other location near Nike still has the original almond syrup, so we go there now.

workers took 15 minutes to make three cars drinks and then proceeded to talk crap in the back about us thinking we couldn’t hear them lol thank goodness we usually don’t come to this one!! love great customer service!

Just picked up a few drinks and didnt drink them until I got home. When I grabbed my cup it was leaking from the sides. I was giving a cup with a crack on both sides and lost more than half of my drink before it I drank it. Need better quality control.

Excellent opportunity to complain about their new policy requiring you to use their app to get awards, too many businesses already beg for my data. Tracking my purchases with my phone number seemed reasonable. But another useless app on my phone isn't for me.... There are other coffee places that will be getting my business

It seems that every time we go here there is at least one thing wrong with what we receive. We order the same things every time and very occasionally will get a different item but it’s always the same couple of things that rotate. Somehow I always get the wrong drink, missing items in the drink, or the wrong food items. It’s so frustrating to waste money on something I’m not going to eat or drink because it’s not what I wanted/like. Always the same people working because we go in the late morning each time right before noon/at noon.

Always delicious, always fast and great staff!

Kid-friendliness: Receptive to kiddos and lots of options for them to enjoy as well.
