I ordered a matcha latte with rose topping. Just like that. The girl questioned me, "you mean the (insert fancy rose matcha latte name here)?" Yes girl. The matcha latte with rose topping. It's Aloha. Not some fancy skyline french bistro. So pretentious. The matcha was good though.
This location visited many times and always a great service and friendly staff , thank you for my vanilla latte , it’s delicious and dependable ! done right like always! See you next time !

This is the closest black rock to our ambulance headquarters, so I come thru a lot. The people are always cool and nice. I tried Big River for the 3rd time the other day, and honestly their coffee and service is mid compared to this black rock. Even the black rock cookies are 20x better than big river.

The staff are always thorough and friendly but today was beyond. I stopped by at 3:45 and the afternoon rush hit and there was only one staff. She was so kind, still friendly and my drink is gorgeous.

The girl that took our order and made our drink was awesome. She remembered what was in the Halloween drink I wanted and recommended a couple of other drinks to try and they were also very good.

If you want a good energy drink that actually tastes good don't go here go to Dutch Bros also overcharged ridiculously for Italian sodas and then it comes in a 8 oz kids cup when you order it online Uber didn't say the size (on them) I'm pretty sure Dutch sodas are even cheaper and then on top of that bigger( by 4oz if small ) (2oz if kids drink ) also had to edit the review cuz more and more I drank the drink the more it tasted like seltzer with a splash of flavor ? and might be because I got half sweet but I always do that at Dutch Bros and it's never failed me cuz there rebel energy drink actually has a good strong flavor unlike whatever black rock is usingIm honestly not sure if it's just this location that can't make drinks that's kind of what I'm getting from the reviews I've never been to another Black Rock and probably never will!!
Their workers are all so friendly and actually remember your drink if you're a regular.

Excellent coffee. Friendly people.12-4, ordered Egg Nog Chiller, got whipped cream, ice, and NO eggNog, a little espresso. It was terrible, threw it away , unusual for T V highway branch, disappointing.

The coffee is fabulous. I walk to them on my lunch breaks and everyone has been very nice. Glad there is AC for folks in there during the heat! Coffee was made exactly how I wanted it. Thanks!
