This is the last time I come to this location. Waited in the Drive-Thru for over 25 minutes. None of the employees seemed like they wanted to make the process easier and now I'm going to be late to work, never again. Will I come here, first time and last time...

I ordered an Orange Cream drink yesterday. Nobody told me these things are dangerous 😳 As I was driving I stuck the straw into the drink and half of the XTRA LARGE Orange Dream shot out the straw. All over my car and clothes. We were on our way to a wedding. Cant be anything I did. Stuck a straw into the drink. This drink needs a warning ⚠️ 🤣🫤

Ordered online for pickup. Said it would be ready in 5 mins. Arrived past the 5 min window, and decided to park and walk to the window to pickup like any other location but was told I needed to get back in my car and go through the drive thru. Meanwhile, 4 cars have entered the drive thru line. Why not just hand me the drinks that were probably already done and sitting there since I ordered earlier? Ridiculous. Will never go back to this location

Walk up/drive up location with outside tables and great customer service. Ordered the iced Carmel blondie with extra syrup it perfection! Highly recommend.

I ordered a matcha latte with rose topping. Just like that. The girl questioned me, "you mean the (insert fancy rose matcha latte name here)?" Yes girl. The matcha latte with rose topping. It's Aloha. Not some fancy skyline french bistro. So pretentious. The matcha was good though.

This location visited many times and always a great service and friendly staff , thank you for my vanilla latte , it’s delicious and dependable ! done right like always! See you next time !

This is the closest black rock to our ambulance headquarters, so I come thru a lot. The people are always cool and nice. I tried Big River for the 3rd time the other day, and honestly their coffee and service is mid compared to this black rock. Even the black rock cookies are 20x better than big river.

The staff are always thorough and friendly but today was beyond. I stopped by at 3:45 and the afternoon rush hit and there was only one staff. She was so kind, still friendly and my drink is gorgeous.
