I appreciated the cleanliness of the shared spaces at the garage food carts. It was easy to find parking, and the location is great. I'm excited that there's a Filipino food cart not too far from where I live. The service was friendly, and while the food was okay, I felt the garlic fried rice didn't live up to expectations, considering it's a staple of Filipino cuisine. Good find if you are in the mood for some Filipino food, initial look at the prices would make you think it is on the high side, however the actual portion size is fair. The food taste good too and has that home cook feeling. They have halo halo too but was void of ingredients,

I am a born and raised filipina from a well known cuisine area in the Philippines. I moved to Oregon last year and this is the closest authentic filipino food I have ever tried (so far) in the us! I love it ⭐️
We ordered:
•Tapsilog - 8.5/10
my husband loved it for me it’s okay but still better than most restos here in the US. Authenticity is 9/10 tho
•Sisilog - 10 for authenticity...
