I had the worst experience here tonight. It took him forever to rung up our order. My free reward item was 2 secons away from expiring and I had to be like this is going to go away if you dont scan it. I clicked it as soon as I walked up. Then when I get my bags he drops them off and says he has to go grab the ice cream cone. While hes doing that I look through the bag and I notice that the hamburger is missing. So I go up and tell him and he tell me he knows he put them in the bag. Im like do you want to look in the bags? He follows me to the table my kid was waiting at with his ice-cream thats so lopsided its almost falling on the floor and I pull out every item to show he missed of the burger. He said oh ill go grab it right now. I then walk back up because the kids meal drink wasnt brought over and hes like oh and hands me an empty cup. I look at him and said its supposed to be lemonade thats behind the counter.. oh my bad and goes and fills it and puts the hamburger on order. When he puts the hamburger in the bag he didnt even wrap it when I reached in the hamburger had fallen out of the wrapper. Like what heck man thats horrible. Every time ive come here they always forget at least one item. I wish there was another close by because being trayrd like im stealing for a less then 4 dollars hamburger is ridiculous I probably wont be back unless my child begs for it.

Ok, so always wanted to go here ... FINALLY ... aaannndd uh uh! So, fries are small and kinda ok, nothing new there. Ended up taking them home and putting them in the air fryer. Burgers ... hmmm ... nothing to compete about. Not bad, just not worth anticipation. Ok, the shakes are alright. Your best bet is to go there with friends for shakes. Also, my friend told me that she's been going there for the past decade of her life. So the décor is still exactly the same. Which brings some sort of nostalgia to the equation. But do you really go to that place for nostalgia or for food?

We visited due to snap meals for kids and man I'll tell you they were super kind and friendly didn't make us feel judged or anything. Would definitely go back again
