Beware: if you’d like teenagers having their own conversation and love hearing multiple voices over the intercom + a side of a wrong order because of how inappropriate these kiddos are- this is the Burgerville to visit!
As we arrived to the drive through we were greeted by what sounded like cross speaking voices and the folks on the other side of the speaker heaving thier own conversation going on. They also giggled with “okie dokies” and sounded very sarcastic when my husband was voicing our order. They had him repeat a few items and in return we heard giggles. We drove off after receiving our order very dissatisfied and disappointed. Who knows if the reason the folks were laughing or giggling had anything to do with us but it was very unpleasant to hear it. I sure hope this interaction doesn’t repeat itself so other folks don’t feel the same way we did.
We ordered: 1 strawberry shake 1 strawberry short cake 1 strawberry Sunday However, upon arriving home, we realized that we received strawberries and whip cream instead of a sunday- no ice cream. On top of it all, they seemed to be distracted and didn’t care about handing us an order wrong.
I provided my feedback through the website listed in my receipt and surprisingly, their response was pretty dismissive.
Took the kids for dinner and the prices gave us a sticker shock! I get that prices of ingredients are going up slightly but I feel that eateries like Burgerville should not price gouge. Burgers are still great and very flavorful but portions are tiny for the price. The fries are expensive as well considering the portions are so small. When the kids are still looking for more food after paying almost $80 for 4 meals, you know that the portions are not enough.

Editing this review after receiving a response from the business owner, who advised to download the app for better offers/deals — I did download the app before making this purchase and posting this review, and it doesn’t move the needle.
