There is an Asian worker there and if you win and he works the Pm he will hover like a negative barrier saying you’re not gonna win and you should leave and just blabbers on to distract you.

I visited this location and actually played the first time here, a machine. I was on a roll and won, but I fed my $ back in. The lady who was there was extremely welcoming and very nice. No sketchy individuals, no smoking which was great. I was offered some soda, but declined. It was fun and I might be back again soon before summer hits and my kids are out of school. I had fun and wasn’t there to win. I definitely will be back again during the day sometime!

Worst customer service ever. Very rude and impolite. I went there to play but I had to use a bathroom, In the lady would not let me use the bathroom until I put money in the machine and played.. I explained to her that I had a medical condition and I had to use the restroom first. She denied me the use of it..

Go to dotty's if you just want to lose money, bonuses are hard to get and only get a max of $20 for it. Usually a $5 bonus, it's not just me as I've chatted with others playing there and are saying the same thing.

They need to get rid of the tweeker couple that work the pm shift Wednesday -Saturday . Bad attitudes and shifty characters. Don't ever trust them to help a person in need of an ambulance. They just turn their backs on you.

The guy who worked here today was extremely rude .... I would not go here again.
This place during the day is ok, after dark though. Sketchy people hang out here, all outside of this business, the guy that works evenings/weekends seems like he's on straight crack, he talks a mile a minute, he's always in & out on breaks throughout his shift, then when u need change or to buy smokes he makes you wait extra long, or if you win, he makes you wait until he gets money from the machines to pay you, he always has cash all over the counter like he's lost, and generally when he works, his loud mouthed wife comes in too, and visits him the entire time...And the people that are around when he works looks like they are drug dealing around there, or really shady people that hang around here... One time I won about $1000 over a 6 hour period, all of a sudden people were outside watching me when I was smoking, I felt like I was going to get robbed, I called my husband to come get me, and as soon as some of the people watching me saw him, they followed us put, like the guy that worked there gave the jackers a head up... I haven't been back here except to buy smokes during the day....
