La's, A Hmong Food Cart

Outstanding….the sausage and the stuffed wings are a real treat. Will be back to try the 2-3 additional menu items. Owner is one of the nicest people. An absolute gem in Beaverton and some of the best value you will find anywhere in the area.

Was in the area and decided to stop by in the late afternoon to pick up some takeout stuffed chicken wings. Ordered 6 wings to share with the family and the owner of the place is friendly and kind. She asked that we needed to wait around 15 minutes for her to warm up the wings.
The wings came out piping hot and we re-heated the wings at home later in the evening.
The stuffing is very tasty but slightly dry. Perhaps, it could be that the wings were over-fried? Not sure as we remembered our first visit a while ago, the wings were much more juicy and tasty.
I enjoyed my meal there a while ago and would definitely give it a try again as this may just be that it was over-cooked on this visit?
We love Hmong food and would definitely support this place again and give them another chance.

Stopped here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The lady who owns this is so nice and friendly, and the food was so good. I got The David and Thai tea today, both were delicious. I can’t wait to come back and try other things on the menu such as the phat chicken wings. ?

I really like this place. I've never had anything like the Phat Wings, it's a stuffed chicken wing. It was cooked perfectly and had a nice crispy exterior. I'll definitely come back here.

La's is about a 45-minute drive from NE Portland, so I don't get out here every day. But anytime I need stuffed chicken wings or homemade Hmong sausage, I check her Instagram to see whether she's open and make the drive out. Also, the papaya salad is super fresh!
