McDonald’s food has always been my favorite. It brings back memories of my childhood, especially the familiar and comforting taste. The ice cream is also delicious — creamy and satisfying, just the way I like it. Among all the items on the menu, the Filet-O-Fish is still my top choice. It’s warm, soft, and has a unique flavor that I’ve always enjoyed. However, during my recent visit, I noticed a few things that could be improved. The floor wasn’t very clean, and the area around the trash cans looked messy. It made the dining environment less pleasant. I also observed that the staff were extremely busy and seemed overwhelmed. Because of this, they weren’t able to assist me when I asked for a straw and some ketchup. I understand that rush hours can be hectic, but I hope the service and cleanliness can be improved for a better overall experience. Despite these issues, I still enjoy the food and will probably come back again. McDonald’s remains a nostalgic and comforting place for me, but with a little more attention to cleanliness and service, it could be even better.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for awhile now and giving them a 2 star rating is generous. If you plan to pay with cash or ask a question about your order you’ll most likely have to wait up to 5 minutes before employee actually comes up to you to help. It’s next to the middle school so it makes sense that there is kids in there but at time if you are there the employees let the kids do whatever they want. The kids will ride their scooter and skateboard around the restaurant like it’s a playground. And to end this review with the worst part. The food is terrible and I know it’s McDonald’s and I shouldn’t be expecting 5 start food quality but I expect at least something edible. The fries are always gross and soggy and never crispy and fresh. If McDonald is gonna charge crazy prices then I should be getting food I’m gonna actually finish.

I asked for a combo in the Drive-Thru and she put all the items individually on the order. This overcharged me for no reason when I asked for a combo. I don't know how bad you have to be at your job and not understand the concept of a combo meal.
Bad service, wrong food , everything was bad . The staff attitude, the breakfast burrito was terrible and the gave me the wrong meal.

Disappointing Experience at This McDonald’s
Yesterday, I went to this McDonald’s for dinner with my two daughters, and unfortunately, the experience was quite bad. I usually expect decent service from McDonald’s, but this location fell short.
First, my order was incomplete—I was missing three items. I had to go back to the counter to let them know, which was already inconvenient. Then, I sat back down and waited for six minutes, hoping they would bring me the missing food. But nothing happened. I had to get up again to remind them, which was frustrating.
Overall, the service was slow and disorganized. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of attentiveness made this a disappointing visit. I won’t be rushing back to this location anytime soon.
