Go to McDonald's expecting an easy meal come back with irritation and food poisoning. Received my food order at second window almost immediately after paying then was told to wait in the #1 pull up spot for 3 drinks that took ten minutes. Get home to give our daughter her food and her eggs in her pancake meal are still runny and undercooked. My burritos eggs also under cooked. So you're telling me you want me out with my food faster than my drinks just to give me and my family food poisoning.

Watched the worker empty trash with no gloves, even reached into a garbage can to pick out trash that didn't just dump out, and then immediately bag up my order and try and serve it to me. I left and will never be back.

to be honest literally put the sauce in the bag. Ive asked for sauce in the past various times and come home to munch on my food and lord and behold no sauce what so ever. Food is always hitting the spot just wished employees put sauce in the bag.

I have no idea what the deal is with half of the people who work here. Like there’s just always an attitude, no matter how polite I am to them. My friend had a mistake with her order the other day, and she asked me to drive back to get it resolved. When I told them what had happened, it was as if I (the person who had received the wrong product) was inconveniencing the people who messed up my order 😂! There’s also a girl in the afternoon who just hands you your food and looks away in disgust without saying a word. Slams the window in your face. Like what? I’m not the type to complain, and I’m not throwing anyone under the bus, but I feel like I had to come here and say something because genuinely there’s a good chunk of employees here who aren’t very good with customer service.
Other than that, usually the food’s great. There are the occasional mistaken orders, like I received the other day. And there are some really nice employees, one in particular that’s always a joy to see whenever I visit this location at night. I believe her name’s Hailey? She’s really sweet, love her!
I just hope this review will help management understand maybe some more training has to happen? Like genuinely I don’t understand why half of the employees here are so rude.

They got our order wrong after they told us the correct order and handed us the wrong sandwich in the bag. Only reason we didnt turn around to take it back was because we were running late and had no choice but to just deal with it and move on. Everything else was good though.

I don't know if she's a supervisor or a manager but customer service skills absolutely suck. When you have a customer who is upset about something and it's very simple to fix the problem but instead you choose to let them leave mad. Definitely the worst McDonald's in the area

This is the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. My partner and I’s order was $48 and they did not give us the McRib OR the large fries, which is over 1/5 of the total cost. I ordered extra pickles on my burger and there were NO PICKLES. I will never be eating at this McDonald’s ever again, or any McDonald’s for that matter. Y’all suck.
