Their decaf coffee isn't great, tastes kind of chemically. The regular coffee is fine though for a fast food restaurant. The employees are very nice and even offered refills for our coffee.

If you do not want to use a kiosk do not go inside.
Gone are the days of face-to-face ordering.
Raise those minimum wages some more.
Parking in the front for handicapped is limited. Those front spaces are for app orders and pick ups.

I went to buy some food with my family, got it quick and no issue with the service. Nothing about the ambience was too loud or annoying. The bathrooms are clean most of the time as well. I would recommend.
