Quality is always good but still in a more reasonable price range where you mostly find conveyor belt options, and I've had enough bad experiences at those that I don't even bother anymore without a trusted recommendation. Service is consistently better than their more expensive competitors nearby. Has become our go-to for sushi regularly.

Loved it! Open late and we actually ate by ourselves almost the whole time. Overall though Great layout, not too tight with all the tables Quality of all the food and sushi was perfect. Great nigiri options that most sushi restaurants dont carry. Plenty of drink options especially Sake. Cant wait to work in the area again to stop by.

I used to love this place. My first visit was over 20 years ago and I've been there many times since.
This last visit will be my very last. The service was great. The food was terrible. One roll tasted very fishy and the others were just a little fishy. We went there to celebrate and we all ended up getting very sick.
Now, we went there on a Monday, so everything was probably brought in on a Thursday for the weekend. Obviously it had gone bad by Monday but was still served.

Superb from start to finish. Service, food, ambience were outstanding. Tony, the maitre d is as good as they come. Intuitive, empathic, and responsive to what diners need. The sushi chefs, the grandma in the back kitchen, Tony --Mio Sushi was divine experience.
