Bland, soggy chicken and fries. Missed a lot on the spice level too. Not recommended. Checkout the nearby Popeyes for better choices.

Asked the lady at the drive through counter if she included the hot sauce I requested in the mobile order and she said everything is in there, with a rude tone. I come home and check and the hot sauce packets were missing, just as I suspected. Don't know why she gave me the attitude for such a simple request.

12 Wings in Original Hot 🔥 Drive thru order, OMG This is something special with that Louisiana Hot Sauce..... For $15 bucks! How can anyone pass that up!! I ate like a savage and had 8 wings and was stuffed for the night! Then had 4 left for a midnight snack the next night to watch our favorite show on Prime entitled 007 Road to a Million

I’ve only been here three times but the food was cold. The service was rude. And I especially found the sandwiches stack on the counter gross and unsanitary.

Super disappointed for this restaurant.
I order in App but was told not in their system thus I cannot got the dinner and I showed the receipt and charging record to them but till cannot get the proper feedback especially the manager not willing to come out to handle this situation even I was there waiting over 1 hour but nothing they would like to solve.

Super disappointed every time I stop here thinking it’s just the time of day but when I go to a different store the food is so much better. Not only that but I ordered bone in chicken and I dont come through Popeyes often but when I do I’ve never been told I couldn’t have sauce with my chicken and it’s an extra fee. No big deal. But as confused as I was I questioned it because any time I’ve asked prior I’ve never been charged so maybe it’s previous Popeyes not doing what they are supposed to or what? But this lady had attitude. Claimed she was a manager? Not driving 20 minutes to get food that taste like it’s been sitting out all day and being disrespected and extremely dissatisfied. Do better with your customer service. As someone who works in customer service a smile goes a long way as well. 🥴

They sold me a breaded, fried paper towel in place of a chicken tender. Luckily my son was able to let me know that what he thought was a chicken tender was bland and chewy. Pretty gross.

Drive thru, the chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and biscuit. Tenders are a bit spicy for me. I'm a wimp, lol. They were good using the mashed potatoes as my dipping sauce. I had KFC mashed potatoes after these, and they totally lacked in flavor. It's much better at Popeyes. The biscuit wasn't bad. I don't think they include honey like KFC. Toss up on who does a better biscuit. Great lemonade. Think it was mango. Just had to wait for things to come out, but that just meant they were fresh!
I'll try again.

I sometimes order food from them online and go and get it. Fast service, fresh and delicious food, and I find the prices reasonable. Thanks to all the workers in this place.

I came for wings, the person in the DT taking my order was super rude because I didn’t know the menu like the back of my hand. So heads up, if you order wings and say classic (as stated on the menu) you will get no sauce.

The customer service here is an absolute joke. Ordered a large meal for the family and they originally gave us 2 sheet of napkins. I told them, there’s going to be about 6-8 people eating and I needed more napkins.. and he proceeded to give me 2 more sheets. What a joke!

I love their chicken.
