Pyzanos Lounge & Grill

I will never go to this establishment again. My partner and I went out to dinner on Friday, May 30th, 2025 and afterwards stopped by Pyzano’s to watch people sing karaoke. I have been here 1-2 times before. I ordered one drink (vodka cranberry with a splash of pineapple)
The bartender immediately had a terrible attitude. He checked our ID’s and put the flash on his phone and took a long, hard stare at my partners ID. Once he handed me my very watered down drink, he asked if I’d like to leave the tab open or close it. I chose to close it and I chose not to tip due to his very unfriendly, miserable attitude. The total was $10.25. The next day I look at my bank statements and I was charged one transaction of $10.25 and an additional transaction of $8.00. I decided to let the statement process, thinking maybe this is a fee that will be reversed or an error of some kind. Nope. Days later, the statement was processed and I was charged a total of $18.25 for one drink. While filling out the receipt, I left the tip part blank (a mistake I’ll never make again) and wrote the total down-$10.25. I am assuming this bartender made a deceitful and dishonest decision and took it upon himself to turn my “10” into an “18” and leave himself a tip he did not deserve. The man was of Asian decent and looked to be around in his mid 30’s-40’s. Pyzano’s, you lost a costumer because when I called your establishment to try and explain the situation and find a solution- a woman on the phone took down my name and number, details of the situation, and told me she would make sure the manager gets back to me and “gets to the bottom of this” and never called me back. I called on two separate occasions and was told they would get back to me. I’m from the Bay Area, and have used my card at multiple bars and establishments and have never had something like this happen. I moved to this small town 2 years ago. I would usually bring friends visiting town to this place, as I’ve had fun watching the karaoke here the few times I’ve been here. But if I cannot trust that the workers you have here will be honest and trustworthy when I hand them my card, I will no longer step foot in this place. I get it- it’s a dive bar, I’m not expecting a lot but I don’t think asking for honesty is a lot. You shouldn’t take advantage of people because you’re assuming that they’re under the influence and you can get away with it. If you want a tip for pouring a drink so badly, try cracking a smile or saying hello.
I was stone cold sober walking into this place, and walking out. It’s pretty terrible to do this to people. It’s not the $8 that is extremely important, but it’s the principle of the situation. I cannot imagine how many people have had their money stolen from them here.

Pyzanos used to be cool. It's a rip off jojnt now. If you sing karaoke, go.
If you don't want to be ripped off for food or drink, just don't go...

Great Bar!

You really need to stop letting Cindy wingate use my debit card for her binge drinking there. We're seperated she has no business using my money to be doing drugs and drinking there. All the bartenders know her and let her use my debit card that's ridiculous.

The KJ’s are friendly, they have a decent song selection.

Drinks were expensive for what they were but the karaoke was fun

$30 for a beer and a lemon drop? That's crazy worst service I've ever received. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great pizza, great service, great atmosphere. Wish karaoke would start earlier than 10 though.

Great little dive bar with active karaoke nights.

Karaoke every night at 9pm except Tuesdays where its at 10. I came in a couple times and the crowd is always different but super encouraging. Singers are always phenomenal here and the acoustics of the room is awesome. KJs do a really great job. I had a fun time

Really bad experience I have been coming to this place from 4 months I had issues before also but I didn't want to out any rewiew I own a business and I know how to treat people but today it was a very very bad experience two bar tenders working today but one without glasses was horrible as if she could not understand my English and then she never came to ask me if I want other drinks but she was asking everyone else for other drinks she has done the same thing before also 3 times the owner can check the cameras that's like racism and judging people of their color I am really disappointed but I put ny rewiew today after very very bad experience

Bartender was great, karaoke guy was super fun. Overall the atmosphere was great. Met some really fun people here too.

The pizza order took a very long time, about 15 minutes, and when I went to ask when the pizza would be ready, I was told that I had to wait another 15 minutes, I asked for a cancellation, and the cashier started to get nervous and be rude to me, he didn’t know how to return my money, my mood was ruined

Wish I could give less stars...all around crappy place. The owners have no experience They penny pinch too much and it reflects in the quality of food service and beverages, or lack there of. The staff does the best they can with what they have.
Fights and drama is and has been, always a problem here. Bathrooms are gross and there is only one women's toilet area...
The cops sit and wait to pull you over after you have been over served and over charged. Not recommended

I called today 10 min after they opened to order several pizzas and chicken. The woman on the phone must have brought a bad mood with her to work. Quote: I do not have a cook until 5. I had also inquired about the chicken, so she repeated, very rudely “I do not have a cook until 5”. Well ok, I do not work there.. what does that mean? You are open, you have a menu, but food not available till 5 and it was 1:10 when I called. IF it was a matter of the cook did not show up then politely explain and I am very understanding. She was rude and hateful. LOST a good customer
