I don’t know what the hell happened to Subway, but this used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but the sandwiches I got tonight were absolutely disgusting and inedible. The mayo they put on my sandwich was more like cream cheese and did not taste like mayo at all it was very sour tasting. I think it was spoiled. I couldn’t finish my sandwich. I ended up throwing it away. I don’t think I will be eating at Subway anymore.

When driving through the drive through? I was a little disappointed to hear that they wanted me to disclose how many sandwiches I was going to get. I was simply just ordering the sandwich of the day, and I disclosed that I didn't want the sandwich toasted and they toasted it anyways. I went through the drive through for convenience, not to be asked a bunch of questions. I tried to make the order easy and order it as it was listed on the menu. They should provide more training for those who are working drive through. And focus on customer service by listening to what the customer actually has to say.

Manager stares you down, no smile, not courteous, short with customers. Meatball sandwich was bad, meatball burnt so bad that it almost broke my tooth. See pic. Unacceptable by a manager when it comes to running an establishment.

The employee with purple hair was incredibly rude and seemed to be making my sandwich with an attitude. Her tone magically changed to nice only when I was paying.

I usually come to this location for my grub, however this time there was an issue with my order. I called and spoke with Harlo who was incredibly kind and told me to come in and that she’d fix it right away.
When I arrived I was not met with hostility nor attitude. She was sweet and fixed everything to where it was even better than the original order I made.
I went to get two sandwiches and when I got to the veggies the tomatoes were so disgustingly and certainly not fresh. Most of the veggies I could tell they were put back from the last couple of business days. This Subway needs to be reevaluated and have better quality and freshness.

This Subway is one of the best locations IMO. We order from here frequently and not only do the workers do a good job on our subs, when we order delivery, they leave notes on our sandwiches/receipt if something had to be modified or was out of stock. We really appreciate that they go the extra mile!
