I hate this location. The worst subway I’ve been to CONSISTENTLY for several years. Idk what the owner is doing but Jesus man.Never open when the times are listed.Never staffed.Awful quality.It’s worth it to just drive to the 24th a subway by target farther away.I’m never going back to this place

I have ordered from this Subway online many times over the years, and it has consistently proven to be poorly managed. If I don't order my food in person, I seem to have a 50/50 chance that they either get it right, OR they get the order wrong in some meaningful way / they give me someone else's order. I don't know if it's the pay, the kind of people they staff, the poor training, being short staffed, bad working conditions...or any combination of them... whatever is wrong has been wrong here for a few years now at least, despite the fact that it seems like there's new staff quite often. I recommend avoiding ordering online from this location unless you don't mind surprises. EDIT: Tried to get a refund on the last order they goofed. They never responded.

Every time I go (always Saturday nights) the staff are always super nice, chatty and having a good time. And they always make the sandwiches PERFECT!

Multiple issues here but, essentially,it's very mismanaged. I've been in the drive thru speaker for fifteen minutes and I'm writing this review before anyone has spoken to me yet. They also don't take your order on a paper they make your sandwich while over the speaker which is very jarring, unnecessary, and time consuming. it holds up lines. I hate this subway every time but it's the only drive thru in the area. I hope someone sees this and becomes a better franchisee because this area could do a lot better

08/21/213 - Order # 88876796-83 - and Order # 2AE9AC0E-ED - This Subway Store # 26623 located at 17455 SW Farmington Rd, Aloha, Oregon 97007...Anyway, I agree with a previous writeup my Noel H. and Mae E. that please skip this Subway Store and eat at McDonalds.I did an Internet order and in 45 minutes it should be done so I went there. I live close by about a mile and my Tuna Fish sub was ready. I asked if my other order was done and they said we are working on it so I waited. About 30 minutes later, and with other walk-in customers about 5 total got their orders and walked out. I asked again where my order and they said they were still working on it. I told them 4 workers and (the manager) I should not have done an internet order and should have just walked in so my sandwich could have been done faster. She started to argue with me. I just replied please just complete my order. I did not reply to her argumentative voice and talk.Later after going home my sister said her tuna sandwich is very soggy and the the bread was wet. The tuna fish was nasty.I very rarely write a review but this is just not right. I understand you have new employees, maybe you are not training them correctly especially if you have a very nasty Argumentative voice.

Kid made my sandwich so poorly it fell apart when i opened the wrapper. On top of that when I showed the manager Tracy she said she didn't have anyone working with glasses and had no idea what i was talking about. I told her to spend more time training then all of a sudden she said " well he's new " so now all of a sudden you know who im talking about ? do better subway

I was here a little while ago and the manager actually picked up the phone from her pocket in the middle of making my sandwich and didn’t change her gloves which is extremely unsanitary and a health code violation. I will not be coming back.

Ordered ahead and arrived 10 minutes later then ETA. App said sandwich was done. Arrived and they hadn’t even started. Poor operation. I don’t have time to waste at lunch.
