We have been customers for a couple years. Cannot say it loud enough - this store is nothing short of amazing. Clean, ultra-filtered water delivered straight to your doorstep. Service and delivery are top notch and fast. I have OregonH2O at work and this water is better. Their prices are reasonable and cooler rental rates are fair. We had one issue with a cooler and a replacement was here the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Usually when I come here to fill our water, the service is okay. The younger gentleman that works is always a delight but the older gentleman that works is hit or miss. Today I was completely disrespected by that older gentleman and I have never experienced such bad customer service. I asked if i could take out our first bottle while the second one was filling up, like I always do, since i cannot carry two at one time, and he told me to slow down and calm down then proceeded to tell me i could take it. When i came back from taking the first one, he did apologize for how he spoke to me and said he was just busy, told him I understood. Then once i had both in my car and i was not even out of the parking lot yet, the first bottle opened in my car spilling water all over my backseat and basically ruining my seats. I took it back in to tell him and he told me that is why he told me not to put the top on. HE PUT IT ON, NOT ME!. As i proceeded to explain to him that he did it and i didnt put any cap on, he basically shrugged me off and asked what i wanted him to do about it. Then when I told him i just talking him and just wanted to have a conversation like an adult, he told me he didnt have time to talk. Such dissrespect. Shame on him for talking to anyone that way! You are in the business to service, customer service, and for me to be spoken to like that was it. We will not be coming back here. Not the first time we have had iffy service from this guy and he is the reason we wont be back. Thank you for ruining my car seats and then trying to blame it on me. I know he was busy but dang.. blaming me for the lid coming off that HE put on is just shameful.

Very good quality water. I got everything I needed as a new customer to get started. Hamid called me back after I left voicemail and explained their whole process. Very reputable business.
