Wasn't informed until recently that the alkaline water only will last a week and so does the other expensive one. Also I was charged an incorrect price this last time for my water either signs are posted incorrectly or math mistake on their end even after I questioned it. WinCo is much cheaper for .30 a gallon.

Well I use to really enjoy this please but the new girl working with green hair needs to develop some Customer Service skills or your business is going to suffer. Last week she saw I was handicapped & older & your cart had flat tire. so informed me & I said I can’t carry them to car & her response was “ You can try to use the card then”another words she wasn’t going to help me. She didn’t help at all with the cart, which is usually done there or opening the door to help me get out with a cart that’s broken. Today I came in and I said is the cart working and she said yes did she bother to move the cart over to the bottles No, did she slide them onto the cart? No did she open the door for me No & there was no one in store & she just walked behind counter & sat down & watched me struggle to get that cart through the door ….that is horrible customer service and I would say to you the owner…..you need to get somebody else working therebecause everyone else that’s worked there temporary or not has been wonderful but if she’s your everyday girl I won’t be back .

I have tried for more than a year to get water delivered- it's atrocious new customer service - I have literally called 14 times and left recorded messages as well as message with office personnel requesting new service - but no one has ever followed up - all I can say is don't even waste your time calling
