Our family eats at Wendy's about every other week. The new chicken tenders are very good I think they're way too expensive but they are good. Today I don't know what it was but the hamburger my husband and I both got was disgusting the french fries were way too salty. I ate two bites and literally spit it out. The bread was falling apart it looked like it had been sitting there for days. I have never seen a hamburger coming from there like this.

It's pretty hard to get a meal here when you can't get through the drive-thru line because you have 14 teenagers in three cars blocking all the lanes and then refusing to make orders so they chased off while I was there about eight cars and nobody came out to do anything the police weren't called but people just left because of a group of teenagers have taken over to drive-thru and the staff inside didn't seem to care.

Food gets a five star just because it’s Wendy’s and I’m a sucker for a square burger, but this is the third time a situation like this has happened… I Asked if they still had the 2 for $4 deal. They said yes and then charged me $7 and some change for two crispy chicken sandwiches. I speak plain English and so did the girl at the window… 1 of 2 things is happening and needs to be corrected; just take half of a second to actually listen to what people are saying OR just don’t lie to your customers. I will be getting my square burgers down the road from now on.

This company should be sued for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! The Aloha Store for the last year has advertised on their menu outside and inside that a biggie bag is $5.00 but when you pay they charge you $5.50 (False advertising) Now They finally changed the price to $6.00 but once again then you get charged $6.50 FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Any Lawyers want to help me sue them for this illegal practice as per BBB Call made recently!!!!

Dont bother stopping here. Better options near by. The workers stand and stare at you with blank expressions like youre bothing them by picking up some food. These guys dont even know the difference between their own items. Constantly getting the wrong chicken sandwich and always missing a side everytime I pick up food.
Went back hoping things have changed the past 7 months and somehow it got worse but yet it still has a 4 star rating. Ordered baconator fries and got barley any cheese and 4 fragments of bacon. This place either needs a new manager or a whole new crew. Seriously don't go here.

Very disappointed when I went especially for one of their famous Strawberry salads. They didn’t have any on board,asked,and they didn’t have any. I asked if they’ve had them this season,she said no,didn’t know why! Mgmt,you should carry something Wendy’s is known for!

I ordered a good meal for lunch, the food was as it always is, nothing wrong. But the cookies my husband and I got tasted like chemicals, like the type you clean your oven with. It’s disgusting and I am very disappointed in their abilities to watch out for food safety, as soon as we took out our cookies we could smell it on it right away. So we’re going to assume it is NOT safe to eat when it smells that strong. They were nice, over all as people, but someone didn’t do their job right.

Hey, I needed a snack for Clark dog. A biggy bag hit the spot. And it was decent. I definitely have had worse in a drive through. I think Wendy's has stepped up on quality control lately. At least in my area and the time of day. The drive through girl was pleasant and courteous. Thanks for lunch today because I didn't need more stress to add to my day.
