I will not be returning to this Wendy’s location. I come here often, but the service consistently lacks hospitality. Today, I was charged for the wrong order, and when I pointed it out, I was accused of trying to scam them for free food. The older Hispanic gentleman at the register was especially rude, showing a major attitude. They refused to issue a refund and even laughed at me. Service has always been subpar, but this experience was the last straw. I can’t recommend this location if you expect professionalism.

I didn’t eat here just had pickup for my friend, I eat halal foods but here isn’t halal food that’s why I didn’t ate but the place and service was excellent.
They seem to care more about the drive through orders than all of the people standing in line. Absolutely no one came up to us to take our order so we left and the people behind us left as well.

It doesn't matter which location I eat at my food is always hot and fresh. Jaimee at the Hall Blvd location and Aaliyah at the TV Hwy location are my absolute favorite people! I could eat Wendy's salads every day and I appreciate the Biggie Deals when I'm tight on cash. I ? Wendy's!

Lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and crisp, fries were crisp and salted just right; no mistakes made on a large order for a family of 5. Overall cheaper and made with better ingredients than other chains like McDonald's; made for a pleasant experience overall.
