From the start, Julie managed all the logistics with so much care and patience, even with our many particular requests, while Chef Keith wowed us with his incredible cooking. We had a tasting beforehand, which really set the tone for what we could expect on the big day. The appetizers—bruschetta, pigs in a blanket, and caprese skewers—were a hit right out of the gate. For dinner, they served perfectly cooked chicken, brisket, roasted mixed veggies, potatoes, and homemade rolls that tasted like they came straight from grandma’s kitchen. The bartenders they brought along were fantastic as well, keeping drinks flowing and guests happy. So glad we went with this company for our wedding! Every part of the process was very easy and honestly, they are so much more affordable than most other options we found in the Portland area, but you would never guess it by how high quality the food is. Absolutely delicious and we got a ton of compliments from our guests. We particularly recommend the mushroom puffs for an appetizer, so good! And the gouda mashed potatoes, yum. We had some rare allergies and some vegans to feed, it was no problem at all and very easily managed by them. Also, they inquired about our wedding colors/themes and really incorporated that into the buffet tables so it looked very cohesive with the rest of the event. We highly recommend them!!

Living out of state, I can't speak to the process of choosing the caterer and menu because the wedding couple did that, but the food was great and the presentation lovely. I do want to give a shout out to Julie Moore, the Event Manager. She went above and beyond during the entire process. I contacted her before the wedding to see if she could direct me to someone who might be able to help with some decorating for the wedding. The couple wanted more minimalistic aesthetics and didn't want or need a full-blown high end ($$$$) wedding decorator but we wanted someone to take on a decorating role for creating table centerpieces, couple's table, wedding arch etc. and setting it all up on the day. To my delight, Julie and a friend of hers took on that role. It truly allowed this MOB to relax and enjoy the wedding planning and process along with peace of mind the day of the wedding. Everything was executed beautifully. If I lived closer, I'm certain Julie, her friend, Dana and I would be good friends. They are highly professional, caring and truly just great people. We decided we wanted a brunch buffet, with a mimosa bar. And that’s exactly what they did, and it was truly remarkable! They even brought decor along, to help make the buffet table “pop” more.We had a tasting with Keith months before at his home, and we got to try numerous amounts of brunchie options! His French Toast, Tuscan chicken, Salmon Benedict’s, and caprese skewers are to die for.
