Whenever I drive to Salem, I stop here on my way home to pick up a pie of one kind or another. It is always delicious, whether it consists of fruit or chicken/beef. This time I decided to try the bacon/jalapeno/cheddar quiche. It is the best quiche I have ever tasted, and that includes my own. Even my sister, who usually only likes scrambled eggs, chimed in with good reviews. Blue Raeven is the bomb! Don't drive past it without stopping!

They never go wrong with their pie, you can taste the crust is made with lard, which is a good thing. Cute farm stand and even if its out of my budget, going to just look and view their farm stand is fun.
