Word of mouth from the locals brought me here. coffee was great stacy j is amazing knows her job and does it well. the food was awesome that pancake was delish to say the least. highly recommend this joint

Been coming here off and on for years.

If you are hungry and want a very good meal, you really need to take a moment and stop in the restaurant and have a very good meal.

The restaurant crew always has been amazing there, always friendly, nice, and awesome.

Special shout out to Jill. Since the first day I walked in there to grab a bite to eat and met you, you have just been the most awesome waitress/server/ and most definitely can call you a friend that I'm absolutely happy to see you whenever I come through Baker City, drop in, stay at the truck stop, enjoy a meal.

Nothing but love for the people that work throughout in this Truck Stop and Restaurant.

Everyone there has always been nice, awesome and treat everyone like family.

Normally this restaurant is spot on. Food was excellent as always. But they are getting 3 stars today for the smell of sewage that was lingering throughout the building. Not very appetizing. Staff was amazing.

Crystal is the best. Ask for her exceptional service.

Came in today for dinner had the club sandwich sourdough was hard like it was old and tasted stale. The female cook with short red hair had her hair down flipping it around while cooking also touching her face with gloves on. If I come in again and see her cookimg I'll not be staying to eat. My waitress Jill was the best the only good thing about this visit! She was very attentive!

Won't be going back! Walked in expecting to have lunch, sign said seat yourself. 5 staff members standing around talking to each other. No one said a word to us. Used the restrooms, one of us stayed at the table. Waitress brought food to a table near us-twice, never looked our way or acknowledged us. Waited a few minutes, left. Still no words from anyone. Wonder if we would have been served?

Good food, nice people

Good food , the service and staff were great. I was there for dinner and decided to stay for breakfast. I was there overnight. Nice clean showers. Great place.

Stop at the restaurant, good food and old time diner service. This is the kind of place you can have dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner. Service is fast and friendly and the food is good. Easy on and off the freeway. A great stop in-between Boise and Portland. I definitely recommend Baker Truck Restaurant.

Better than a lot of truck stops I've seen

Food is always good, and the portions will fill you up. Prices are worth it.

Good food in the restaurant. French toast platter is a good one.

Had the salad bar fgotbdinner and 2 egg breakfast the next morning. Fantastic service, friendly folks, good traditional American food and great gas prices. They have propane as well. Definitely choose this over the big box truck stops.

Love the chicken fried steak

After two and a half years, we were looking forward to stopping and enjoying a meal. When we lived in Nampa Idaho, every time we traveled to Oregon we would stop here and enjoy a meal. It used to be great!
Today, when we stopped, my husband went to the restroom while I walked past three employees and a fourth saw me come in also. One young kid was stalking or cleaning the salad bar, said to one of the gals watch my section please. I went in and sat at a table it had six coffee cups on it there's a table for four eight silverware service, and three extra ketchup bottles. I didn't notice all the extra stuff except for the fact that it was a table that was clean and I could sit at it. Within 5 minutes my husband join me, and we sat and waited for almost 10 minutes so I've been there for 15 minutes and not a single employee greeted me or him. Yet two customers walk in, a couple, who obviously were regulars by the way they were greeted immediately by everyone, and the server who had been standing behind the bar doing whatever making eye contact with both my husband and I at least four times, immediately followed this couple to their table and handed the menus and water. At this point we stood up starred walking out The server who headset was asked to watch The section we were sitting in said 'oh I didn't know you were there I'm coming now' we told her it was too late and to be expecting the bad review
