Coffee Corral is a must stop if staying in Baker City or just traveling through on I-84. Just off the interstate this modern coffee shop offers indoor and outdoor seating along with a variety of menu items. The breakfast burrito was delicious and very filling while our hot and cold mochas hit the spot! The staff was very helpful. We highly recommend taking a break at the Coffee Corral!!

The staff were extremely friendly and happy. The coffee was smooth and not bitter, hot but not too hot. A very nice coffee probably one of the best we have had while travelling for the last 3 weeks

Listen. If I ever disappear, donāt check the woods. Check Coffee Coral. Iām probably in the corner sipping something heavenly and pretending Iām the main character in a moody indie film.
This place? Five stars. Easy. No hesitation. They donāt just make coffee - they craft caffeinated masterpieces with the same passion Michelangelo had for ceilings.
And the service? Unreal. They know my name. They know my drink. Sometimes I wonder if they know my credit score and childhood trauma too. Itās like being in a sitcom where everyone actually likes you and your latte comes with emotional validation.
Nowā¦ there was a time theyād accidentally toss full-sugar caramel into my drink. At first, I was like, āWhoa there, Iām trying to be healthy-ish.ā But now? Now I lean into the chaos. If my pancreas protests, thatās between me and the Lord. Those little āoopsiesā are like love letters in syrup form.
Also, the vibes? Immaculate. It's the only place where Iāve ever considered writing poetry about espresso foam. If this place ever closes, Iāll be outside picketing with a half-drunk iced mocha and a handmade sign that just says āWHY.ā
If you havenāt been to Coffee Coral, fix your life. They donāt just serve coffee - they serve belonging. And occasional blood sugar spikes.
