I bought the chicken parmesan meal and a Pup cup. Fries cold, bread burnt, chicken was ok. Pup cup.. $1.80...Wow!!!
I have gone to 4 different DQ's on 4 cities and got the Pup cup, cost 0 to $1.00 which is reasonable. This DQ is to high for a 1/2 cup of ice cream.
Will not be back.

Very disappointed. They are supposed to close at 9pm but when I went through it was 845pm and they were closed. There was a even a car at the window. When I left I went to the window all I wanted was a blizzard and they just ignored me

Only two people were working and they did a great job at getting us our ice cream in a short amount of time. They were very kind and they helped us have a great treat experience on our long drive back to the PNW. To the two that had to hold down the fort today, great job and we hope you have a great day.

My family was traveling through Baker City and we didn’t have much time so we stopped at DQ for dinner. We spent over $30 and the only things that were edible were the chicken strips. The fries were cold and gross. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger that he took one bite of and threw away because it was cold. None of us ate our fries and I shared my chicken strips with my husband so he could at least have something to eat. Also they didn’t give my husband his hot fudge sundae. Super disappointing.

Small but full of flavor!! Best Dairy Queen I been to in a while. They have actual Fries sauce and food was delicious including the shakes!! Excellent customer service worth the drive.

Worst experience ever of any Dairy Queen I've ever been to. To start the party I was with, all four of our orders had something wrong, from not taking the tomato or sauce off a sandwich, to a burnt burger, and gravy so hot it was melting the styrofoam container. My son's hotdog came out with the condiment packets placed directly on the hotdog it self which is very unsanitary, the hotdog it self was also so extremely hot it began to deform the ketchup packet, one of the group is allergic to eggs and asked for no sauce or cheese on the sandwich, it came out with both, it was made right the second time. My dad's burger came out very over done and burnt, his replacement burger wasn't much better. The chicken sandwich I ordered with no tomatoes came out cold, and with tomato on it. Fortunately for us this was a stop on our way home from a camping trip and we will never be returning to this location.

I asked for a blizzard and the man yelled at my mom and said “ AHHHHH, THIS IS LITERALLY RHE 20th ,blizzard ever, don’t waste it?☺️?. Have a great day” he was very kind but I will not say her name because he asked me to. She was very nice and give him a raise.
