I asked for a blizzard and the man yelled at my mom and said “ AHHHHH, THIS IS LITERALLY RHE 20th ,blizzard ever, don’t waste it?☺️?. Have a great day” he was very kind but I will not say her name because he asked me to. She was very nice and give him a raise.

These people need to be shut down there employees forget your food then want you to bring your food to them and then get what they forgot by time you get home your food is cold how dare you treat customers this way. I hope all of you get fired and lose your job. I'm calling corporate!!!

Wish I could give zero stars, food was cold I thought it was the dashers fault but after reading another review I see it's not. And the bacon was uncooked. Sad service that just shows DQ doesn't care. So they respond as you can see and the response is garbage, like I said they don't care. Go to that sight and you will see for yourself.

All food had to have been pre-cooked and barely warm. Fries were hard. No way a health inspector could check the temperature and pass this food. So frustrating.

We had stopped for ice cream at a local shop, but it was closed. Since we were off of the freeway, we sought out an alternative. Not exactly on the way to anywhere but this tired Dairy Queen satisfied our craving.

Every order is incorrect, but it tastes good.Parking: The drive-thru has always been awful. It's hard to turn to get to the window. When there is a long line, the street gets blocked.

We wanted to use our gift cards for a late night treat after being on the road all day. This DQ offers drive through and walk up but is an older facility and did not seem to offer inside seating. Signs were actually posted apologizing for slow service due to inadequate staffing. We ordered two treats prepared well and finished off our gift card. The blizzard and cupfection was $12.28.

Really disappointed that they no longer serve the rotiserier chicken bites, as a gluten free person that was the only fast food option & now they don't serve it. Really disappointed.Dietary restrictions: They offer nothing for gluten free

Worst DQ I have ever been to! Raw bacon, undercooked fries, melted ice cream by the time you get to the window. Customer service is beyond terrible they take absolutely zero accountability for their mistakes and offer nothing to fix it. Also have sat for well over 5 minutes just to have my order taken. Who ever owns this franchise should close the doors until they can provide a proper meal!

The order was for two 4 pieces chicken nuggets, 1 reg cheeseburger, 1 double cheese burger, 2 sm fries, 2 drinks and one ice cream. We got two 6 piece chicken nuggets, 1 reg cheeseburger, and 2 double cheeseburgers. The drinks were correct. When we said this isn't correct, they blamed the passenger in the car for trying to order. I said, "yes, the passenger did try to give her order. You said you couldn't hear, so the driver repeated it." That would have been the hamburgers. Nothing to do with the chicken nuggets that were incorrect. They were VERY put out by it, it must be our fault. They took my card back to "correct" the amount. By the time we got our order, I just took the receipt and left. Got home to still having 2 double cheeseburgers and they (corrected) the amount for the nuggets by just taking off one 6 peice. It was the worse I have seen in a very long time.
