I've eaten here several times over the past few years when passing through baker city. The food is good. The service is ok. A few days ago we stopped in for a late lunch while passing through town. Another diner in the restaurant actually came over to our table to express his disgust with the shirt my husband had on supporting a political candidate. He was condescending, unkind and demanded to know where we were from. He tried to get other diners to notice us by announcing...
I was driving through but needed gas and wanted food. Stopped here cause I was sick of fast food.
Fantastic place. Inexpensive, delicious, and fast! Figured for 3 people I would easily spend around $30 at a fast food joint. Spent $30 here and it was very filling and way better quality than any fast food place. Service was top tier. Chips and salsa at the table the moment you sit down and drinks filled consistently. I plan to stop here again on my next drive that direction.

The place is fresh, spacious, clean and comfortable, the service of the waitress we had is very friendly and attentive, the dishes do not take long to arrive at your table as well as the drinks, the food is very delicious, the cooking is perfect and The plate is very large so the food is enough, the tortilla chip sauce is spicy, excellent flavor!
