Our food is constantly served wrong we will pay extra for things and not get them we will ask for things to be removed and it doesn’t happen. Today we went in and ordered my burger was not supposed to have onions on it. It did. My husband made it back 3 hours later to exchange it for one I could eat and that one even though the manager said she double checked still had onions on the bottom bun and also stuffed between the 2 patties in the cheese. As if they did it intentionally and tried to hide it… don’t recommend… this is why I stopped going for so long… apparently they don’t want our money anymore… it’s been 5 hours and I still haven’t been able to make it home to eat food… I just had surgery and have to have food for my medicine… so tired of my order being screwed up so I have to go hungry…

I haven't been to a McDonald's in quite some time because I had gotten tired of having to correct mistaken orders all the time. I thought that perhaps a restaurant that was outside of the area I live in would be different, but apparently they're all just as bad. I left this location with what should have been a very simple order to get right, but as soon as I got back on the interstate and pulled my sandwich out of the bag I knew that they left off the extra beef patty that I had ordered. Shame on me I guess for assuming that I could trust a McDonald's staff to get a simple order prepared correctly, but I'm going to solve that by taking all of my business elsewhere worldwide. No more McDonald's for me.

The food was wonderful, but having lots of problems with the French fries. They come out cold.i think they need to update their French fries 🍟 😒 😑plus need to come up with new sandwiches that everyone can enjoy

Ordered 4 burgers, requested 4 each of ranch and Buffalo sauce, 1 for each burger.. they have us 1 of each sauce... so 3 orders had no sauce... other wise meal was ok
The employees and service were great. The food has got to be some of the worst available. I only went here for the convenience on my way out of town. I haven't had a McD's burger in 10+ years. Now I remember why.

4 small fries costs me $14! I think it's time for a boycott of this small town restaurant that is ripping everyone off! Prices are absolutely insane compared to every other McDonald's. Someone needs to write the Senator.
