I believe the lady that was making our coffee, needs to go back to training. My son and I ordered the same thing and mine was in a bigger glass. She kept looking out at us and not paying attention. She put my iced coffee in 3 different glasses before she served it to me. Drink didn't even taste like it had 3 shots of espresso. The iced coffee I ordered came with that.
