We have stopped at this location twice while traveling. Both times, the service is awful. The bread was EXTREMELY dry and the store is dirty. Definitely would not recommend!

Absolutely terrible experience. We placed an online order and walked in immediately to pick it up, fully expecting to wait a bit. But instead of starting our order, they told us to sit down and said they would get to it soon.

Well, soon turned into 45 minutes of us sitting there watching them make sandwiches for every single person who walked in the door, probably 30 people, while our simple online order of two sandwiches sat ignored.

What is the point of offering online ordering if you completely disregard those orders? By the time they finally started ours, the store was empty. No apology, no urgency, nothing.

If you value your time, do not order online from this location. They clearly prioritize walk-ins over people who have already paid.

AWFUL SERVICE

The second I walked in, the vibes felt sad and it smelled very concerning. I had a bad feeling about having my food was gonna turn out, and I was correct.
I waited and line and gave my order, (meatball sub with provolone toasted) and instead of putting on Parmesan and ringing up my order, they moved on to TWO OTHER ORDERS before going back to mine. This gave my sandwich enough time to get cold and cheese hard so I couldn’t enjoy half the sub. It’s like they were doing this on purpose to make me stay longer and pass out from the smell. The only reason I tipped was because of the 8 year pin on the employees hat. Sounds depressing.

Line to the door, three employees moving at a snails pace. Waited nearly 10 minutes while they completed two orders. At that rate I would have had to wait for another 40 minutes to order. We left and went to McDonnalds.

Franchise owner: This staff needs retraining on expediting. I’ve been to Subways staffed with only two people that move 4 times faster than this location.

Really disheartening when you walk into an establishment and order food and as they’re making it they drop 1 of the 4 pieces of bacon and don’t even bother to replace it. Just continued on as if nothing happened or no one would notice. I spoke up and was just shrugged off. Petty as it may seem to some it’s apart of the sandwich, not an extra. I guessing getting another piece was not an option. Service and quality is just not there anymore.
