I don't usually leave reviews but I'm horrified. We ordered online and my husband picked it up when he got home I realized he had only brought one drink home no chips no apple sauce pouch for the kids meal. I honestly was going to let it go because mistakes happen but they let my husband leave without letting him know he needed to grab the chips and drinks himself. Than I go to eat my sandwich and unwrap it and there is a 1" curly black hair stuck right on the mayo of my smashed sandwich. I called them right away so they could remake my sandwich and I could just pick it up. But no, the phone rang and rang and rang and I hung up and called 3 more times with no answer. So unless you want to be ignored and have hair in your food I'd find somewhere else to go!

Place is really run down and dirty. The service is sub par at best and the food trays dirty, food looks old tomatoes were green, lettuce was brown. This place needs serious reform and better management. Offer fresh food for price they charge. And there is never fresh cookies ever!

The young man working there was too busy putting cheese on unbaked bread and ignored us. When we asked if we could order he told us "no". Also, he is supposed to be wearing a beard net which he was not.
Went in to get a couple subs with coupons. They didn’t have the chicken teriyaki and only had lettuce, jalapeño, and spinach for toppings. After changing our order to get what was available, at the checkout was told their “system was down “and they wouldn’t take coupons. So basically paid twice as much as planned for less than 1/2 of what we wanted. Even with the deals, I don’t see us going back. It’s a shame because I used to really like them

We were just trying to have a quick dinner we had a long hot day today and I ordered online and my husband picked up the order and the past 3 times weve been in they have been out of multiple things (which I understand happens) but they were out of the chicken teriyaki chicken which is the only thing my husband gets there but my daughter (who got a kids meal)gets only tomatoes on her sandwich which they proceeded to tell my husband they were out of cut tomatoes they were too busy to do prep so instead of going to cut up a tomato she went without and they also did not get her apple sauce or milk so I paid almost 7 dollars for a 4” sandwich we won’t be going back after tonight

This is my 2nd visit. I have never been to a franchise that does not have a fully stocked menu. No roast beef? No veggies, No white bread,....who ever owns this location seems to not care about business.Save your money and go to Safeway deli.
