I loved to go here as a child and watch the train going around the mountain. I was sad to see that they were closed during my visit this weekend.
I’ve been coming here sense I was a kid I’m so sad to learn that they are closed permanently I loved there food the atmosphere the staff and best of all the little train that makes it’s way all the way around the building
I went there as a kid 😃 to watch the 🚂 go by, and as an adult I ate there for sentimental reasons because of their 🚂, until the prices went up I hardly ate there until (I 🤔 😷 COVID-19) it closed 🔐 down it was 😢 to see a sentimental icon be gone: it is what it is.
We were vacationing in Baker City from Portland Oregon. We stopped by yesterday, June 18, 2021, as we were headed back home. This resteraunt was empty and closed. Is it out of business? We were very disappointed.
Love the model train running around the restaurant! I'm really glad that we made the time to stop and enjoy this place!

I've always had a great experience in this place. The service is great, I feel welcomed every time we go in. The food is consistent and comes out fresh, hot and in a timely matter...great place to take the whole family.

Always a go to when visiting Baker city. Enjoy the trains up above as well as the food. Very kid friendly. Have been visiting since I was a very young child myself. (I'm 31) I may live 8 hrs away...but whenever I visit, it's a go to place for breakfast for me.
Friendly little restaurant, love the toy train! Food was good, well priced and came out quickly. Tasty coffee too! Service was great, the place could desperately do with a refurb - the only drawback.

We’ve been coming here for years as we travel to Portland often. I would give them 6 stars. Always consistently fabulous. And the coffee!!! Yum. Locally fresh roasted.
