I wish for once they would get my order right I don’t know how many times I placed an order for beefy 5 layer burrito with no beans, but they take the beef off and leave the beans and I’m getting sick of it and half the time I’m in there the service sucks. It’s always slow. when it says no one something then that means no they need to learn to double check

I love Taco Bell & was so excited when we were getting one here in Baker City! But there is ALWAYS & I do mean always something wrong with my order... it's either made wrong or I'm missing something! I usually just let it go but tonight when I went back to get my wrong item remade, only to find out they had just ran out of beef at around 7:30pm & everyone had to wait 15 minutes for them to make more..so all of my other food at home was soggy & cold by the time I finally got back.
