It's sad that so many people are giving it a one star complaining about orders being messed up or the quality of the food. Like hello people, it's a fast food restaurant, and it just opened and they hired anyone and everyone willing to work no matter if they are competent or not. Like it's going to take awhile before the burn outs leave or get fired and you have solid people there. And well it's a fast food restaurant so don't complain that your $3 burrito wasn't any good. And honestly never had a problem with getting a wrong order yet and I am a fat man that loves Taco Bell so I have been there a bunch.

They haven't got our order right since they have open. The food isn't that great to begin with but when you order a burrito supreme and it comes a plain bean and cheese, or a durritos cheesy gordita crunch and it comes as a regular. Is it really that hard to understand durritos?

My first visit, I was short changed $5. The last 3 visits: there are no tortilla straps in a double decker taco. And when I'm happy to pay extra for it to become a Supreme, that means adding tomatoes and sour cream which you charge extra for. Also the last three attempts to order a bean burrito, no onions, extra cheese, add sour cream, there have been onions every single time, little cheese and no sour cream. I hope this offers some feedback for retraining and rhe importance of paying attention to details.

Had one thing wrong in the beginning (they just opened so dont blame them tbh) but since then have never had a problem again and they even gave me a free taco voucher. I always order online and get there usually before my food is done, its always hot and fresh aside from a sometimes over crunchy chalupa shell! Other reviews are dramatic, “didn’t pay attention to me when I picked up online order”… um yeah, because they are busy working the drive thru and making YOUR food; there’s a reason there’s no cash register, it isn’t a big part of their job. Every interaction I’ve had has been extremely kind and helpful!

Still new so maybe they'll improve after they get a couple months in. Several of our items were prepared wrong and/or were chewy instead of crispy. The ordering system takes the human connection completely away. Since there's only one small screen to order from it takes inordinately long to get through, especially when the person in front has little to no technology experience. The pop was out of carbonation and despite one employee yelling at the group "the Pepsi machines out!" three times, no one fixed it... or even moved. Worse issue is the price. 3 people and the cost was $48.71. We only had meal deals not alla cart! I was excited for a Taco Bell but this one still needs a lot of maturity and improvement.
Had food from here twice and each time the food is put together horribly. Some parts aren't even cut correctly and you have to rip it apart. Food is ok itself. Inside is freezing so I feel bad for the workers in there who have to wear t-shirts. Inside is also a bit bland.

Good restaurant. Very fresh ingredients. If you walk in, they will most likely forget your drink cup but no issue. Just go tell them they forgot your drink and they will get it to you, no problem. Inside is very nice and modern. Drive thru very fast.
