I went there on January 1, 2025 for dinner. We arrived at 5:40pm and waited until 5:50pm when we were told to seat ourselves. There were apparently only 2 wait staff. After we seated, we waited for 40 minutes before someone came to take our order. One wait staff said they would be with us right away and then forgot about us. The 2nd wait staff finally arrived at 6:30pm to take our order! We asked how long it would take to get dinner and at least 1 hour plus! During this time, we saw a number of customers leave the restaurant after they had seated themselves. I don't understand why management didn't prepare better for New Year's Day! The waiter told us that a phone call had been made to have a 3rd chef come in. The waiter suggested that we go to Asian Garden instead for dinner. I have never experienced this poor dining experience!

Food was terrible I got the tri tip sandwich which had nothing on it except tri tip and the bread. No flavor to it at all and the BBQ sauce they give has no flavor either, prime rib we ordered as well tasted like it was sitting in the back forever. Really sad excuse for a BBQ place if they had better food it would be good since the waiter was really nice and the place was nice as well.

We have been on the road for 33 days. We eat out every night. And this was the worst experience we have had in 33 days. The restaurant wasn't busy so it wasn't that. We sat there watching our food get cold for over fifteen minutes. I am a server and my husband is a chef. We give a lot of grace as we get its a hard industry. But this was absurd. Then our meals were also wrong. Our food was cooked well so will add that. But will never be back.

My cousin and I ordered cod baskets, hubby had french dip, cousin'shubby had prawns basket. Jasmine, server, came to us 15 min. later to deliver our waters. 15 min. after that, she came back to say there was only 1 serving available for the cod basket, really?! My cousin asked for prawns basket. Three of us ate while my cousin waited another 10 min for her food which ended up having 1 piece of cod, 2 prawns as they ran out of prawns too! Jasmine asked what she wanted to complete her meal. She ended up with a full basket of calamari next. Just ridiculous. I asked for ranch, never got it. Cousin ordered cornbread, never got it. Husband ordered mac n cheese, never got it. Another guy that worked was super sweet. Wish he was our server! Never had our waters refilled. Had to ask for cousins milk and did get it, shocker! Food was mediocre, nothing to write home about. Service was terrible.

We were a last minute table of 15 and we were all very happy and satisfied with the food and service! The cocktails were great, freshness and quality of food was wonderful! Highly recommend and we will be back!
