We have been here a few times and each time has been an adventure. The first time, while we were waiting for our treats, the ice cream machine broke and spilled all over the floor. This time when we came in, they were nice enough to inform us that they had no vanilla ice cream available. We were only there for treats that involved vanilla ice cream so we left.

I love a blizzard. They have drive through service as well as dine in. The young staff is respectful and courteous. The blizzard machine was acting up, once it finally worked they upgraded my blizzard size on the house. Good customer service. I also like their onions rings.

The food is ok! The customer service is questionable. Restaurant needs to be more clean. Staff needs to not be talking to friends that walk in so much. Seems to be a lot of confusion in the orders.

I ordered a number one. It comes with bacon. I don't have bacon on my burger. And if they ran out of bacon, why would they charge me full price for a burger? And on top of that, I had to sit at the window for a minute or 2 minutes longer while there's a line because they didn't put fry sauce when I asked. I can't call and report because their phones are down

The old man with purple hair and beard at the BANDON location was very rude when I asked for fry sauce. He initially did not bother to ask if we wanted any sauces. The same man is always rude when my grandmother goes there.

It's great to have someplace to get a reliably delicious dessert.
Used app and employees knew ice cream machine was not working yet served the order made on app and blizzards were completely melted in 4 minutes. Did not offer to cancel order even knowing blizzards were bad

Beautiful lady who welcomed us with a smile and skip. She got our orders and made it easy to pay. Some dude with purple hair made it festive with his outfit and holiday cheer. Food was amazing and felt at home with the decorations. Would 10 out of 10 recommend it here for a bachelor party and these employees deserve a raise.
