The hostess was not very warm or friendly, but our server was very good. The warm bread was delicious. The salmon special, house salad, seafood combination all well prepared and tasty. The atmosphere is beautiful and wonderful at sunset. Our hotel is a few steps away and this was extremely convenient. Despite the unfriendly sour hostess we enjoyed our dining experience.

You know, it's really hard to find a 4 star+ restaurant on the Oregon coast, but this 4 course meal was the best we've had in years. Maybe better than our home BBQ. Lol. But the food was amazing, the service was very attentive and pleasant. Over all a great meal experience. If you are in or passing through Bandon, Oregon, this is truly a must stop.

We loved our meal, which included fettucine with crab, oysters on the half shell, seafood combo plate, and silky smooth swedish creme for dessert. Everything was delicious and tender. The service was superb, from the waitress to the bus boy and bartendress. Even though we didn't have a table by the windows, we were still able to enjoy the ocean and saw whales playing. We will definitely return on another visit.

We had the best meal last night at Lotd Bennett’s! Our server and other staff were all delightful, view of ocean spectacular and food really delicious. I had veggie pasta with great assortment of veggies and husband had halibut cheeks that were tasty. (His meal was even better looking.)

We went there for the food. It was hugely disappointing. The clam chowder tasted like it came from a can and was served barely warm so they warmed it up in the microwave. The steak was nothing special. It was cooked perfect, but not the tenderness you would expect. I could have had the same experience cooking the steak myself at home, minus the vat of butter on top. The twice cooked potato was barely warm, and fairly tasteless. The view was outstanding and the service good enough. Not sure I would spend my money there again for the cost vs quality.
