We came to Pablo’s Corner for my birthday on our trip to Oregon and absolutely loved it! It feels like you are dining at his home. The food is absolutely amazing and Pablo is very personable. There is not a single bad thing that I can say about this restaurant. We got the Porterhouse with the Pollo and Humitas empanadas. We also got his chocolate cake for dessert.
We had THE BEST experience at Pablo’s the other night! Afterward, I told my husband that if I could only eat in one restaurant for the rest of my life, it would be Pablo’s. Oh, and the food is fabulous too! Creative, delicious and perfectly prepared.
