Had to give it a 1 Star. We heard it was amazing, but unfortunately it is no longer open. They are looking to hopefully open at a new location, but there is no new information at this time.

My wife and I stopped for dinner on our road trip. We saw this restaurant had great reviews and decided to give it a shot. The food was excellent - flavorful, homemade, and filling. Pablo, the owner, was outgoing and kind. Our waitress, Betsy, was a true gem. Incredibly kind and gracious. It's a tiny spot playing fun music with a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping here if you find yourself in Bandon!

I ordered the pasta bolognese and my husband had the night’s special of seafood pesto pasta. We also got empanadas. The food was delightful. And the atmosphere is intimate and charming. Highly recommend. The staff is incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make your dining experience comfortable.

Can’t give Pablo enough stars for our dinner. He set the menu, and the fresh empanadas, fresh pasta and his pesto were simply wonderful. The main course were the biggest porterhouse steaks I have ever seen. And not only were they big they were so tender and flavorful. Everything, including the whiskey infused ice cream, was made on the premises that day. Simply wonderful.

This was by far the best steak and pasta I’ve had. Well worth the price!

You will not find a better Bolognese west of the Rockies.

This was a dinner for a party of 7 and it was purely exceptional. Pablo is amazing! In person and behind the scenes, his creations and the warmth of delivery, plus overall service are the kind of dining experience that is among the best in a lifetime. Our party's host had arranged a custom meal, so the only decision was what beverage to drink.* And what an adventure! Two things we had which normally would not be my usual choices: pasta and flan. On this event, I would have been wrong. The pesto/parm pasta was luxurious and could have easily stolen prize for best dish. High marks for amazing flavor and elegant texture. Then there's the flan - The finish was rich and creamy and had a lovely exterior of coconut on one side and the decadent caramel sauce on the opposite; it is like having 3 desserts in one! The butternut soup starter with empanadas (chicken and beef) were great warmers for the rainy day. And the chef's process for the chimichurri seasoned beef was perfect. Savory, tender and well-cut preparation that just melts in the mouth. Outstanding Pablo!
*I also recommend the Argentinian red wines. We had two that were both distinct and complimentary to the meal we were served.
Dining at this level is a rare find, and the people there are on par with the cuisine. Pablo's Corner is a truly unique place, with a taste to treasure and sincere people to experience.

What can I say about Pablo's Corner? It all starts with Pablo. His passion for making culinary magic is intoxicating and contagious. We made a reservation for a party of 8. When Pablo called to confirm our reservation, he already started envisioning the meal for us, a complete Chef's choice fixed menu that had my taste buds anticipating what he was describing. As my first visit, I walked in and really felt like I was transported into uncle Pablo's home. The intimate and eclectic decor felt like I was in my grandparents home for a fabulous family gathering. Pablo designed a lovely 4 course meal that began with a fall soup and an empanada. While the empanadas were delicious, I have to call out the fall soup, the combination of butternut squash and carrots made a beautiful creamy blend but somehow maintained the distinct flavors of the two primary ingredients dancing playfully to warm us up on a cold rainy evening. Next was the pasta. The homemade pesto and spinach pasta tossed in a pesto and parmesan sauce was heavenly. We had heard from one of our party about this pasta and he wasn't exaggerating about the food dreams that will linger for days after. The star of the meal was the grass-fed porterhouse steak purchased directly from the farm. This was prepared perfectly with an argentinian chimichurri sauce accompanied with a fresh tossed arugula salad. For those who saved some pasta, the steak paired perfectly with the pasta. Finally the meal ended with the best Coconut Flan I've ever had. It was like a creme brulee and a flan had a baby, bringing in the additional creaminess that you would expect from a brulee. To our delight, Pablo added a lovely coconut shavings bottom crust for a surprising change in texture. Phenomenal. If that wasn't enough, we paired the meal with two fabulous Argentinian Malbecs. If I were a Michelin reviewer, Pablo's Corner is well deserving of Michelin stardom. In summary, this is not the type of restaurant where you want to choose your own adventure. If you have the pleasure of visiting Pablo's Corner, make sure to ask Pablo and his fabulous team what they recommend, you won't be disappointed.

I had high expectations based on reviews. I encouraged my husband that it would be an experience. Sadly disappointed. Our waiter seemed inexperienced. Decor seemed like thrift shop. My husband's steak was good, but my pasta was as good as what I make at home.

Delicious, flavorful, authentic food in Bandon. We had an amazing squid ink pasta with scallops and shrimp as well as a fantastic bolognese. Pablos is a tiny restaurant downtown with the best food around! Pablo is knowledgeable about food. If you want a great meal, stop by. You will be glad you did!

Wonderful Argentinian/Italian restaurant is THE stand out gem in the Bandon/Cops Bay area food scene. Tiny, cozy place (make your reservations well in advance, seating is limited) - Pablo personally cooks up incredible dishes. The steak with authentic chimichurri is perfect, as are the pasta dishes. Do not miss this unique venue - and fantastic cuisine - when visiting the coast.
