Does the owner have issues keeping people at work here? They never open after work anymore. Signs all over the place. If you have to post signs everywhere, you got a leadership problem. Getting ridiculous here with hours. I will happily remove this review if there is a reasonable explanation

there was one worker up until the last 20 minutes because she was late. never did get our sandwiches because she took so long talking and bullshitting with the people in front of us and once they got to us they there rude and completely ruined our sandwiches. smelled of burnt popcorn and both workers looked high. the first women had no idea how to even make a sandwich and the second one that showed 30 minutes late was no help at all. complete wreck.

Customer service is not so very good at this location. I ordered online and so when i go to pick it up, the door is locked, open sign is turned off. i see workers inside and they were really going to refuse to give me my food when they saw me outside. i had to call for them to give it to me and they were really going to not give me my fountain drink that i paid for. why accept online orders when you are “closed” when it clearly says you’re open online and you have a customer in the store at the same time .

To say that this Subway is a disaster is being too kind. I have ordered from there countless times and I can only name a few experiences that have been decent. The food itself is not the problem but more so the customer service and business hours of the establishment. Tried to go get food a couple of weeks ago at around 4 PM on a Friday and they had closed early due to staffing issues. Understandable. Tried to do an online order and when I went to pick it up the doors were locked and open sign was not on. I had to call and ask to get the food that I paid for. This Subway is mediocre at best.

Well all the other five state reviews must be lies because they are one of the worst subways I have ever been to. Well that would have been the case if I would have ever got to go in. They said they were short staffed and “needed a brake” and said they’d open the doors again in 10 so I waited and guess what they never opened them. And so many people went to go in and never could. Like a lot of people so now their missing out on a lot of customers. They were the worst and I am disgusted.
