very poor service with terrible food. used to be good. not sure what happened but they have gone way down hill. not worth the waste of time or money. over an hour and a half to get breakfast last Friday. the restaurant was not remotely busy when we arrived and the food was mostly inedible. hostess and kid working both seemed so stoned they were unsure where they even were.

We didn't actually get our food after sitting there for an hour, at the counter we could hear the cook cussing and complaining then, I ordered a sandwich without bacon, my food sat in the window with two big pieces of bacon on it for 15 minutes while a different cook made my husbands tacos. When those were finally done the waitress realized my food was wrong. She took it to the cook and my husband watched him try to just rip off the bacon and serve my food cold with bacon fat all over it. My husband yelled, you're not going to just rip it off and serve that to her. The cook started yelling back, I got you bro. We got our $ back and left.

Something Brandon has been lacking since minute cafe closed down and nice lil sit down breakfast with a fun selection on the menu.
Cute young lady hosting was very sweet. Server was on top of things and very smiley. The BG was delicious loved the gravy compliments to the chef. Would reccomend and will be back!

Super friendly waitress but food was really slow. The vegan eggs tasted good but not at all what I was expecting. Soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside. Apparently they make it from scratch using split peas.

Wish I had a different review, but don’t order the crab and avocado benny (unless you like very cold veggies on a non-toasted muffin and unless you are okay with poor crab meat - think it was canned blue crab - definitely not good Dungeness). Breakfast tacos were okay. Coffee was okay. Service was friendly but slammed. Took a very, very long time to get our food. There was plenty of seats and tables.

We left this restraunt feeling very confused and disappointed. My family came in for lunch on a Sunday. When we first walked in, it was still busy, but apparently they were closing soon. We were not denied service and welcomed in so we waited in line for our turn as it is counter service. Everyone in line in front of us ended up leaving to find somewhere else to eat. While we were waiting we were trying to find a menu to figure out what we'd like to order before we reached the counter. Behind us, next to the front door, was a menu cubby with one inside which we looked over to order from. Upon reaching the front we were told that it wasn't their menu but one they keep on hand for the business next door for customers to look at. We were confused by this but were provided with their menu, and to our surprise, the two were basically identical, sharing many of the same dishes and item names. We later were told by the server that the the two businesses shared a kitchen. The kitchen staff for Sunnyside needed to clean up and leave for the Old Town Tap and Grill staff to come in and start their shift. Why couldn't we order from that menu? I don't know. They both made the same stuff. Unfortunately, the only thing any of us were allowed to order was a basic chicken sandwich because we were denied all other requests and told they were out of basically everything or had stopped serving certain menu items. We probably should have left, but we were hungry and hadn't eaten that day. The server recommended their Bloody Mary cocktail and my brother in law ordered one. My in laws wanted coffee and we were pointed to a self serve coffee dispenser and told to help ourselves. Unfortunately, they were out of coffee too. Just water then, I guess. The wait was unbearably long and the entire time, we could hear the kitchen staff yelling at eachother, complaining about the customers, and even making fun of them. Like they didn't care we could hear them. By this point all other customers had left and we were the only family there. No one checked on us. When the server finally came by to clean the other tables, my brother in law had to remind her he had ordered a Bloody Mary. She said she would prepare it herself. It still took way too long to get his drink. She had to be reminded at least twice for it. Eventually, we all got our sandwiches, which weren't bad but generally disappointing to all of us. The server was polite enough even if she had to come back to ask for reminders on what our orders were a lot. She was able to direct us to some shops we wanted to see and because the experience had been so bad she also was kind enough to comp 1 of my brother in law's drinks. He liked the Bloody Mary and had gotten a refill. This did nothing to improve the bill. Overall, unfortunately, the experience was a nightmare and none of us would go again. And we wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
Also, weekends in Bandon are VERY crowded so parking was hard to find. You may end up walking around several blocks.

Very tasty local morning Cafe. Friendly service, casual dining with opportunity to do crosswords. Tried the Oregon omelet with bacon, mushrooms, Tillamook cheddar and cherry tomatoes - highly recommend! And the breakfast potatoes done prefect in the crispy style I love.

I appreciate that there is an entire section on the menu for vegans. I ordered the burrito and it was flavorful, filling, and unprocessed (no fake cheese or meats). I did keep the salsa off since it wasn’t my preferred flavor of salsa though. 😁 Our waitress was super kind and welcoming and told us about the vegan menu they had planned for that evening and encouraged us to stay in town longer. Nice place.

We stopped by for breakfast as a family. The hostess was warm and welcoming, promptly guiding us to our booth.

It’s a counter-service setup—you place your order at the front, and the food is brought to your table. We went with scrambled eggs, an omelette, and pancakes. The food arrived fairly quickly, and everything tasted good. The standout for me was the seasoned potatoes that came with the egg dishes.

One minor hiccup: I received only one scrambled egg on my “2 eggs and potatoes” plate. I brought it up with the server, but rather than acknowledging it as a kitchen miss, she simply asked if I wanted more eggs. That said, they did bring the second egg without much delay.

Overall, it was a pleasant breakfast with friendly service and satisfying food.

P.S: They were kind enough to give the kids coloring books to keep them engaged

We are in town for the 4th of July. We are a picky bunch so we weren't going to come here, but a lot of restaurants closed early. We are so glad we have it a chance. Smash burgers were great, tater tots were perfect. My son got the chicken strips and finished them all. My daughters grilled cheese was ok, not great, but she's really picky. Our friend got the seafood roast and said it was really good.
