Because the owner Laurie did her very best to squeeze out all of the local craft people!!! She duplicated many of the items we were selling… Everything she bought in was NOT made locally. Please do not buy from Farm & Sea!
Owner Lori needs lessons in customer relations. Very defensive. Has literally scared people away. People who need her venue are afraid to criticize for fear of retaliation.
Farm to Sea is a great venue for events and has beautiful local Bandon products

FARM & SEA in Bandon, Oregon is a shop with a beautiful selection of fresh seafood and a large variety to choose from in the meat and seafood cases. It is a clean place with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The selection is great, with fish and seafood that looks very fresh, including local scallops, a gorgeous steelhead filet, and smoked salmon dip. They offer to wrap purchases in ice for travel. There is a little bit of something for everyone, from fresh fish and game supply, like elk burgers, to prepared items such as excellent fish tacos and a well-portioned shrimp cocktail. It is a spot for purchasing fresh, local seafood to cook, not a restaurant. Payment is accepted by card with a small fee, though cash is also an option. Visitors would not be disappointed and would definitely recommend it.
