Best biscuits and gravy in the pdx area! The chicken pot pies to take home and bake are comfort food at its finest!

Fantastic Brisket Hash + Biscuits & Gravy! Great place to start a beautiful Saturday.

Great quality breakfast with made from scratch items. A few clever twists on the old standards (like chicken apple sausage as a meat option on the benedict), excellent home made quiche and decent coffee. Loved chatting with the owner/operators when the crowd thinned out. Mom serves and Pops cooks. Wonderful people! Will make it a point to stop again the next time through.

Wow !! Amazing food . Banks is lucky to have such a hidden gem ! Not a lot of seating and that makes this place perfect you can think , enjoy a conversation and hear about their amazing menu items they make that aren't from frozen items .this place is perfect .you'll enjoy every bite . Coffee is way out of this world . Great taste also better than the run down red shackk in front of the pizza place we almost went to . We will be be back Everytime we travel through here to the Beach. If you rate this place anything less then five stars then something is wrong with your taste buds and choice for great food or your having a bad days

I dined here for breakfast. It was a Friday morning, and quiet. I ordered the Jacks Cake Plate... I think it was called. About $13 and came with all this food! They make their pancakes with cornmeal and are delicious! Some of the most delicious pancakes I've ever had. Hospitable, but they auto added about a 22% tip and gave me my card back without me signing/confirming anything. Okay by me, but it did surprise me.

We came across Cafe 47 as we were traveling out to the coast. Banks is a super small town and if you blink, you’ll pass right by. We needed some replenishing from a morning of travel and came across this quaint spot. The service was great and the food was even better. They were noticeably busy but out food came out timely and we were able to eat it outside. The Jonny cakes were amazing alongside the quiche. We ordered a side of hash as well and I can say they did not disappoint. If you’re passing through and need an amazing meal, for sure stop by!!

From California, vacationing in Oregon. On our way from Astoria to Portland, found Cafe 47 on Maps.... About two miles off of 26. What a gem! Grilled sourdough with bacon, melted cheese and apple butter spread with a cup of homemade roasted tomato soup! Goodness gracious, what a meal! ???

Incredible customer service today! The sweetest people own and operate this place. It has amazing charm, and the love put into the food is evident. The Brisket Reuben is smoked and prepared just right. Perfect way to finish up a local bike ride.
